They do not reload cards here. Which is a little bit strange. I wanted to get my stars, but anyhow. I’ve ordered for about ten minutes now and haven’t received our drinks. Their customer service is whatever. They seem like they really just want to get you in and out, not very personable. 5 people who were behind us in line had already gotten their drinks when there was no one behind us originally. Not satisfied, but they had a cool Las Vegas s’well bottle.
They also don’t use names here so we found out that people swooped on our drinks. Great.

This location just recently opened inside the Planet Hollywood Miracle Mile shops.
It’s typical for a Starbucks on the Las Vegas Strip. Over priced and mediocre service.
It did have a small selection of sandwiches and salads which I haven’t seen at other strip starbucks.
