Cant even make a cup of coffee! They said out of decaf need to make a pour over. Seriously! 1AT A TIME! Then they let it sit while talking and then spill the grounds in and had to refilter. All the while our flight is calling us and we left the coffee there!!! How hard is customer service? So disappointed and no half and half either after another customer asked. Glad don’t use that airport often! Wish I could have had that coffee. Usually Starbucks is great.

Good location at the B gates and the service is good. Only weird thing is that they wouldn’t let me use my Starbucks mug for a green tea because there was some leftover coffee in it from my previous drink. Every other Starbucks I have ever been to has been happy to give my mug a quick rinse but they won’t do it here. The end result is a wasted paper cup. Oh well I guess Starbucks can afford it and the impact on the environment doesn’t matter to them.

This Starbucks is located across from gate C-14 at the Las Vegas McCarran airport. There was a FLY in my drink!!! Enough said. But I’ll say more. (See photos) I stopped here between flights for a pastry and an ice water. I was drinking the water while walking to my next gate and decided to stop and empty the water into my reusable water bottle. When I popped the Starbucks lid off, I saw the little winged creature floating at the top of my drink. I resisted the urge to throw up and headed back to the Starbucks to notify the staff. I assumed, since it was an ice water, that the fly(RIP) had been in the ice bin and scooped into the cup. I first notified the woman serving the drinks, since she was still serving that ice. She dismissed my concerns about the ice and simply offered me a replacement ice water, which of course I did not want. I asked for the manager, who then took a lengthy amount of time to arrive. Donald, the manager, also dismissed my concerns about the ice(he said«I doubt it’s coming from the ice bin») and simply offered me a new ice water.(Meanwhile other customers are listening and taking a second look at their iced coffees.) I persisted in questioning Donald until he finally admitted that he had no other idea of the source of the fly and reluctantly agreed to switch out the ice in the ice bin. That should not have been such a struggle to make happen. I returned the pastry as well, which also took a very lengthy amount of time to complete. I DONOT recommend this Starbucks and I will forever be removing my drink lids from any beverage purchases in the future BEFORE consuming them.

Media pila, Starbucks, media pila.

[Out of Towner Review] For an airport Starbucks, it wins. For a VEGAS airport Starbucks, it wins. The set-up is a little different, I think because it’s in a corner spot. Think«L» shaped. The staff was nice, the set-up was cute and organized, and luckily for me, there wasn’t a line when I happened to want to treat myself. I even tried a new drink and the Barista was super sweet about talking to me about it. She even offered to remake me something if I didn’t like it. In the end I enjoyed it, so no bigge at all. Consistency via caffiene, without the smoke smell!

I was flying back home and had to get up at 5:30am to catch an 8:30am flight to HNL and I needed me some Starbucks. I was so glad to see one stationed right outside gate D35 after a rough morning of checking out, dropping off the rental and getting to the airport on time. Surprisingly, the line wasn’t too bad. There was a young lady taking orders and the line was moving smoothly. Then an elderly lady came and starting taking orders too. During the time it took her to take my order(a single hot mocha), the other girl helped three other customers. This older lady had a bad attitude and I was trying hard to be super pleasant even though I was so tired. She was having trouble with the register and took it upon herself to YELL out«wait» 3 times before I could scan my card to pay. After that ordeal, I got my drink pretty quickly but it was the wrong coffee inside. The cup was marked correctly so I’m not sure where they went wrong. I wanted to say something but I didn’t want anyone to spit in my coffee. This Starbucks made me sad.

I get it, the airport is busy but Jessica who took my order walked away to take care of another customer who was waiting a lot longer than we did, then she comes back n looks at me like what r u still doing here. Then I said I wasn’t finished coz I wanted my coffee with soy. After already paying she tells me it’s an extra charge. I wished she told me after I paid. Her service sucks n her time management sucks as well. Boo for u for having her there. Is there a 0 rating!!!

Worst service ever! Line out the door with coffee moving out every 10 – 20 min. Don’t stop by unless you have a hour before departure!

The Starbucks in the Macaron airport is easily found in terminals A & B the line was short and we were in and out. They provide comfortable lounging for people who have to wait around. I ordered a graham latte and a mocha frapp. Both drinks were delicious and I even accidentally spilled the latte in the lobby and they replaced it free of charge. The employees were understanding. Fantastic service.

Worst Starbucks EVER! The older Asian woman at cash register cannot find any of our items to ring up. Ma’am: This is an airport, many people do not have 10 minutes to wait to pay, okay? Employees are rude, limited menu. It’s in the B concourse. DONOTGOHERE !

Way too packed… but then again, it is an airport. My only suggestion is, in a busy airport like this with a well known coffee shop make sure you have better trained cashiers!

Very inefficient crew. Still in line after 17 minutes and have yet to make it to the register

This Starbucks is huge! Placed at The Linq, it’s a great stop to get your favorite adrenaline-pumping, blood sugar rush, all in the guise of a neatly packaged«drink.» There are plenty of couches, tables, and chairs to relax in and take a load off while you’re walking around on the strip. Service is great, but during busy times, there can be a longer wait.

This is the slowest Starbucks in an airport I’ve ever been too. To know the airport is this busy and to have one person at the register and one person making coffee is ridiculous. They even keep getting orders wrong and people just have to accept it bc of how long they have already waited!

For someone who visits Starbucks at least once a day, I have to say this location was probably one of the worst ones I’ve visited. CUSTOMERSERVICE– nonexistent, guy at the counter was half asleep with no personality, two other useless employees were standing around having a full on argument out in the open, before being sent to the back by our cashier. Starbucks cooperate should really look into hiring more professional people, not a bunch of kids who have no clue on what the service industry is about. FOODANDDRINKS– my daily iced latte, tasted quite different and the cinnamon twist ended up being a twisted stale glazed doughnut that clearly had expired. PRICES –get ready to pay $ 5 dollars for stale pastries and $ 10 for simple sandwiches, —inflated airport pricing.

This is a small location with no seating, located in the national terminal. You can here the jingle of slot machines as your order and pick up your beverages. I stopped on here right before our flight to grab some decaffeinated tea. I asked the cashier what they had and she provided a few options, none of which were decaffeinated. I finally ordered the tea I needed and realized I was being charged more for a venti. Apparently rhea use two teabags for the venti. In addition to my tea, I tried to order a water, but at about $ 6 a pop, I ended up passing on it. The staff isn’t very knowledgeable, the price are absurd and the décor is yucky.

Aside from an iced tea just south of four bucks, this location isn’t half bad. Being an airport location, the inflated prices are no surprise, so it’s not really a big deal. I’m just happy there is a Starbucks on the outbound side of security. The staff here is always friendly and efficient. My drinks, although not complicated, are always as ordered. There is no seating area inside, but it’s very near the gates, so there are plenty of seats nearby to take a load off. Even though they are a small shop, they have plenty of pastries and other goodies to snack on.

The employees are worthless. 3 people standing around gossiping 1 at register 1 making coffee. Please provide these idiots with leadership. Sorry but it erks me when there is a line and employees of an organization are like children. Terrible service

If you’re a Starbucks fan, this shop is convenient coming straight off your flight into McCarran. Service seemed okay around 11PM, and my girlfriend was able to get a quick frap fix! No complaints here :)

I live and come from an area where Starbucks are not on every corner and my taste buds always preferred Tim Horton’s. However, because of the amount of travel I do — Starbucks has become ingrained in my head and it seems I cannot live without them. I stay mostly at Courtyards who now have a Starbucks in them — however — these are NOT the same Starbucks you find outside — trust me! Whether it’s that special cup you need at the airport or that one you have to have in the morning — I loved having this one right around the corner. This chain does it right too — consistently good and the staff went above and beyond — friendly and fast. Though small(airport) the speed of delivery was great!
