Great location and quick service. It gives students and teachers a second option for Starbucks instead of waiting in the suuuuper long line in the SU Starbucks. This way, people can choose to walk in or use the drive thru. Being right across the street from campus still makes business super busy, but not close to how busy/slow the Starbucks on campus is! So come here prior to class instead! Haha

I’m giving it a 4 because I like Starbucks, but this location kept me in the drive-thru for a very long time. I wouldn’t have an issue with this, but the line didn’t move for a good 10 minutes. That’s never happened to me before. When the line finally moved, the next care sat at the window for 5 minutes. Maybe it was an off day.

Pretty much like most standalone Starbucks. I spent a few hours here working on my laptop while waiting for checkin to open at my hotel using free refills with my Starbucks status. Easy to find a power plug and fast WiFi…

Almost always using the drive through. Very convenient. Since already know what to order, it doesn’t take long to complete the process. Signs are clearly showing options. Also seasonal items are displayed, very often with beautiful photo shopped pictures, making sure nobody will ever miss it! Being very fortunate in this location, we never had to wait to long to get our orders. Cashier is always happy, cheerful! Coffees are always made perfect. Sandwiches served warm and fresh. I kinda miss their Ham and cheese panini what they are not serving anymore! Besides that, new items are constantly introduced, so we are happy! Keep up the good work!

I’ve started coming here lately. I like the vibe here alot. Right across the street from UNLV Student Union… very diverse crowd… I’m sitting at a table right now with two guys using their laptops… it’s a table for about 5 – 6 people… workers here are nice… only thing I dislike is no comfy chairs… also would be nice if open until Midnight… close at 10 during week and 9 on Saturday and Sunday… I don’t get depressed when here like at the other locations I go to… Not sure why? Think it might be because it’s a totally different vibe… I can spend hours here, and I do… only about 1.5−2 miles from apartment. Can walk here when temps are cooler. There’s also outdoor seating. But given its 7pm and temp is 105 °F, not interested in sitting outside.

I don’t know if I just always catch them at the wrong time but today the lady at the drive thru had me waiting for 5 minutes while she counted coins and dollar bills before even acknowledging my presence. Love Starbucks, in fact I come here daily. Just wish they were a bit faster with service as I come to the drive through because I’m in a rush. I was given a free Venti Caramel trap today though! So I guess that balances out the first few minutes impression

There was an employee there yelling and joking with her co workers while working. So I thought to myself, ok loud voice how could I miss them calling my order right? So I sat on my computer handling business, I just figured they were maybe busy at the window. Until I saw about 5 people come and go with their coffee. I went up to find my gross drink had been sitting, ice melted didn’t even taste good, so I had to toss it. Takes my name down but doesn’t call it? Nice coffee shop poor service. 2stars for cleanliness.

It is a thin line between love and hate. This Starbucks has crossed that line with me. I am no longer a faithful Starbucks customer; I would rather get my coffee from a convenience store. My fellow coffee drinkers, you know S#!+ just got real! In the morning I drink a hot dark roast and in the afternoon I drink an iced espresso. I like a little cream in my iced espresso and have never had a problem with my use of the communal half & half. On June 5, 2015, my half & half use was monitored by 2 baristas. When I picked up the carafe of half & half, it was very close to being empty. I used all of the contents, which was about a quarter of an ounce. Coffee drinker etiquette dictates that the one who empties the half & half is the one that ensures it gets refilled for the next user. I politely took the carafe to the barista and he pointed me in the direction of the cashier. I handed the carafe to the cashier and told her that it was empty and I was told(rudely) that I must pay $.60 if I was going to use that much half & half. I was dumbfounded. Speechless. Offended. No longer a Starbucks customer. Instantly. Goodbye Starbucks. Your baritsas have been rude to me one too many times. DUTCHLOVE!

I LOVE Starbucks and always love the positive energy you receive when you walk in through the doors from the employees. However, I have never been treated so POORLY until i came to this location. The Hispanic lady that works drive thru is so rude and rushes you. I couldn’t even finish placing my order before she cut me off to say«ok is that is?» 5 times. I pull up to the window with my free birthday drink on my Mobil app ready to be scanned. She scanned it and tells me it’s not working. I then pull up the actual offer in my email and she said«too bad, I need the card to scan». This wasn’t the first time I had a bad encounter with this lady. She is sooo rude and I will never return to this Starbucks again!!! She needs to be trained.

THEWORSTSTARBUCKS! I went to this Starbucks twice and i still don’t like this location. I decided to go to Starbucks since it’s in my school. I ordered a Venti Java Chip Frappacino. When I got my Venti Java Chip Frappacino, it tasted like some different flavor. They should really wash their blenders, otherwise this Starbucks location will get in trouble with health department. Plus not enough ice in my drink. I had this drink for five minutes and it’s melting. Will never be coming back. Disappointed.

Love this Starbucks but there is a woman who works here that is awful to deal with. Her name is Cynthia, she usually works the drive through. She can never understand the order at the drive through and says really rude things. I’m not sure if she is just generally unhappy or I have done something to offend her terribly. I honestly dread going there once I hear her voice over the intercom. Once when I asked which drink was being handed to me, she replied«you can read the label!» I was terribly insulted. Obviously my hands were full of drinks so reading the label wasn’t exactly easy. This is just one example of her terrible attitude. Honestly, I have been contemplating writing this review for months. I would never want to be nasty to anyone but after being treated like this for months I can not ignore it. I spend a lot of money at this specific location and deserve better treatment. Everyone else that works there had a great attitude.

It’s super close to my new apartment so I walk there sometimes, free wifi that works which is awesome — but what’s with the snotty stuck up vibe baristas? Your on Maryland Parkway in Vegas — not 5th ave. and I don’t need to feel rushed or insulted because I didn’t know there isn’t espresso in a frappacino. When paying that much for your coffee you could at least be nice and not stuffy. Never greeted or thanked upon entering or leaving — I guess I have experienced that at others and miss that — especially since I was ecstatic there was a Starbucks walking distance to my place! Oh well, I’ll support a diff one or make my own coffee

*** Unilocal100CHALLENGE25/100*** This is my preferred location as it is conveniently on the way to work. Unfortunately it’s a hit or miss thing with this place. Like todays visit for example, I ordered my usual which is a grande iced green tea latte with extra matcha light on ice. As I settled in my office, I already knew it wasn’t going to be good. More than half of it was ice as if I’d asked for the complete opposite, and when I took a sip it was not even slightly sweet, seemed like they forgot to add the syrup. So after I took half the amount of ice, I was left with a tall sized drink in my hand. No bueno. Oh well, I guess better luck next time. Extra star for the baristas as they are always nice and pleasant.

WORST customer service. I went through the drive thru to order and no one would answer to take my order. So when I pulled forward to tell the person working, she started yelling at me and cut me off. She was extremely rude so I told her I didn’t want anything anymore. She didn’t care and responded with a snobby«fine!» I will never order at this starbucks again.

Taking this time at 7 in the morning to say that I’m very disappointed with their customer service. Their cashier, Donna, needs a little more orientation time to say the least. It’s 7 am on a Monday morning. I get it. Put a smile on your face and fake it till you make, you know what I’m saying?! Maybe a desk job hidden away from people would better suit her. Happy Monday!
