I believe this is for the older location but star bucks had gotten an upgrade. They’re on the corner of Decatur and charleston… They close at ten when I came today, friday, barely made it! Got to try their new blackberry frappacino.

Dirtiest/messier starbucks I have ever been in. Mop sitting out with empty garbage bag by cream/milk station, floor filthy, empty display sitting in middle of area. Watched guy make my iced tea lemonade in dirty shaker and lid – I could see the old tea sitting in in shaker and lid before he picked it up. Cups was upright instead of upside down to drain on the mat. Manager screamed from lobby to cashier that she had a customer. Ice refill bucket that had been on floor in back was set on counter. GROSS!!!

This location has become my usual hangout spot. It originally was going to the one on Eastern and Bonanza because it’s closer to where I live, but this one is more convenient for me because it is right by the crappy Wal-Mart I am forced to have to go to all the time. The area I live in is cool, but it sorta blows as far as location. It’s centrally located, but all the sh*t I gotta do is not. That is, unless we are talking about drinking downtown at the Griffin or Commonwealth. Because in that instance, I’m golden :) But I digress. This one is nice because it is relatively chill, and the people who frequent here are not creepy. For some reason, people always bring their damn kids here, which usually would be highly irritating. But most of the kids who come here are well-behaved, so that’s a plus. There is only one comfy chair here, which is a bummer, but I understand why. There’s just not enough space for more big chairs or a couch. The staff here are really down to earth and not your usual snooty barista type. There’s like, one chick that works here who kinda fits that description, but she doesn’t work that often(yay!).

Consistently mediocre, stale, cold coffee paired with inconvenient parking and topped with passive, unenthusiastic Baristas more concerned with chit chat than creating«the Third Place» they are trained to.
