Ok so I have to say… Love Starbucks, BUT(there is always a but). Hate the wait almost every morning in drive thru… Omfg what is it with the staffing or lack of training someone please tell me!

Went through the drive thru and asked for an iced water with a couple scoops of matcha powder. It’s night time so I didn’t think much of it when the cup was given to me. Just took it, paid, got out of the way. Took the first sip and realized it was MILK. I’m lactose intolerant so I can’t have it. :(

Probably will not be back to this location, there are tons of other locations on this side of town. I have tried to be optimistic and give this location a few chances, however, I never leave happy. Any time I order a drink it’s wrong or they don’t have an ingredient but they don’t tell you before they make the drink… Only after the fact of it being made and handed to you with a smile and a «we were out of _____I hope that’s ok» ugh! Maybe it’s lack of training because they are a new location, I’ll try back in a few months.

okay so… who wouldn’t be excited to have a starbucks walking distance from their house? I am so excited to have this new starbucks in the neighborhood! I tried them out for the first time last week and had a great experience from the customer service all the way down to the coffee! It will definitely get plenty of check-in’s from me. Well as long as I continue to receive the best of customer service! I usually have to go to the location on Ft. Apache which is also good. I have drove past a few times and the drive thru never seems to be busy and that may be because some people think they aren’t actually open! Which is fine because that way I can continue to drive right thru without a wait! ;-)

The fact that this location inside of the store it makes it very convenient for us. I can make the deposit in the bank and then get a cup of coffe, latte or cappuccino in the same trip.

Been watching the build out on this Starbucks location for the last couple months. It is now finally open on the corner of Arby and South Durango just off the 215. The location offers a drive-through service like many Starbucks, as well as many outdoor seating patio tables. The inside is decorated very nice with high table top seatings as well as standard table seating. Also since it is a new location everything is of the new quality; stainless steel coffee brewers, many stored items such as coffee cups, mugs and also there standard food refrigerated section. This will certainly become a busy go to Starbucks once the rest of the shopping strip is completed which will also have EOS fitness in the back behind the Starbucks. I will certainly be frequent here since its very close to my house and general area.

Love that it’s convenient for me to get some groceries and some Starbucks at the same place. Most the time the device has been good. Although it has to be one of the slowest Starbucks I’ve been to even when they are not busy. It’s almost like its a «in training» Starbucks.

This is a Starbucks in a grocery store, so keep an open mind. Like any Starbucks location, it’s as good or bad as the employees working it when you visit. This one is generally a mixed bag. Sometimes my drink is ready before I finish paying. Sometimes they act like they’ve never made coffee before at all. It can be super fast sometimes, while others I have to sit and wait. It’s below average service for a Starbucks, but every now and then I come across someone here who really knows what they’re doing. I’m not going to complain though. I get to order a coffee to drink while I shop, from a Starbucks that’s in the store in shopping at. How cool is that?

This is the closest Starbucks to home. It’s a kiosk located inside Von’s in Rhodes Ranch so there is no seating. Staff is always friendly but on the slow side. The few times that I’ve visited the kiosk, there has only been one barista so allow 10 – 15 minutes of wait time, if you’re in a hurry don’t expect to get in and out quickly. The kiosk opens at 5:30 a.m. and closes at 7 p.m. They have a small selection of pastries, the usual such as muffins. To the left side of the kiosk, around the corner, they have the sugar, creamer, etc. for your coffee.

This place is horrible! The Hispanic lady in the morning give the entire store(employees) coffee before she even helps customers. Today I was in line forever and finally walked out.

LOVE this Starbucks! Joey and TJ are the best baristas! Joey has my drink ready for me before I even place my order!

This Starbucks is inside Von’s. It has limited pastries and often takes a long time to get your order completed as there are only a few workers at a time. They also run out of product quickly and I believe they close at 5. Plus no drive threw.
