Very busy but thorough. Took my dog Powder in to get neutered. Very quick examination, cleared him for surgery and picked him up at the end of the day. They called after he was out, and even sent a text the next day. Overall good experience.

Excellent! This is an amazingly efficient office. It was busy so I expected chaos. However, EVERY staff member was very friendly & moved everyone through swiftly, calmly and effectively.
I had an appointment for my three new dogs. All three needed spaying, one needed shots, two needed nail trims, two are nervous biters.etc.
My arrival time was 7:00. I filled out forms, then saw the doctor for a brief exam and gave her the history of each dog. She said they would call around noon to let me know how the girls were doing and when they would be ready to leave, The call came on schedule.
I came back to pick the girls up during the shot clinic hours. It was, again, very busy and again, everyone moved swiftly and calmly. I was told in detail what had been done and given detailed instructions on how to care for the girls during their recovery. I was surprised to learn that they send home pain medication.
This was a great experience. I would definitely return.

First let me start by saying that this place is very nice and super clean.
My issue is, I called and set up an appointment to get my cat declawed. The receptionist on the phone asked if my cat was already spayed and I said yes. She set my appointment for later in the week. I show up, fill out my paperwork, they take my money and a few minutes later I’m called up to the desk and say they will not declaw my cat. They said since the cat is already spayed they wouldn’t do it. The receptionist seemed very new and didn’t know what was happening when I asking her question.
I felt like I wasted a whole hour and a half of my morning just to be turned down. I really wish the receptionist would have told me prior.

A thoughtful response from the business on Unilocal got me to re-​think my previous negative update. My only experience with them has been the shot clinic and I understand they need to hurry things along to get everybody through in a timely manner while trying to keep costs/​fees down.
If your dog needs a little extra care with the process like one of mine does, this place might not be the best fit. If your dogs are docile and would never react defensively when they feel threatened by a stranger, then they’ll probably have no problems with the shot clinic.

This review is long overdue. We inherited an older dog with extensive dental issues. I took him here because they had the best rates for cleaning. He had to have 16 teeth removed. They took good care of our dog and the bill, although a lot was done, was not that bad. It was less than $ 300 and this would have been easily $ 800 at the vet I’m sure. I will take my other dogs there as well. The quality of care was very good as well as the cost.

This place is phenomenal!
I have had my little dog for almost 8 years now and we finally decided to get him a friend. He has only had the cats around for all that time and it’s hard for him to bond with somebody who is constantly trying to claw his face off. So in preparation for the new arrival we have been prepping the house and we had to make sure to get the boys shots caught up.
That’s where Spay and Neuter Center of Southern Nevada comes in. The shots here are remarkably affordable! For $ 36.00 you get the rabies, bordetella, and DA2PP shots. We also decided to get him a nail trim also, which was a $ 20.00 charge.
I also noticed that they only charge $ 12.00 to express the anal glands. I would gladly pay that (and then some) to never have to do that again! Tried it one time years ago and never, ever, ever, ever… and I mean EVER again! Quite possibly the worst «money saving» idea in the history of mankind. And I own that. But that is a story for another day.
What stood out the most about this place was the staff. They were all so friendly and seemed to genuinely care about the animals. They displayed care, understanding, and empathy at every turn! These people are incredible! I only wish I had heard of this place before I went to Banfield all those years ago. The staff here are 100 times friendlier and the services are substantially cheaper! Win-​win!
The facility is very clean and has paper towels and cleaners available, in case your critter gets nervous and makes a mess. There is plenty of seating available, as well. Even though it was busy, they moved through everybody pretty fast!
Pro Tip: You can sign up for them to text or call you when your critters shots are due! Very convenient!
I am greatly impressed with this place and it will absolutely be my go to place for my pets!

Take my dogs there very affordable and the staff are great .I’m very satisfied with their service and will continue using them for as long as I live in Las Vegas I’m very impressed

I meant to write a review months ago when I first went to spay and neuter but I forgot until now. My baby bulldog got a really bad infection in her uterus and needed surgery immediately to be spayed and get the infection out. We came to this clinic for 7am when it opened after being up all night with my extremely sick dog who we didn’t even know if she would make it through the night. When we arrived the lady at the desk said «we don’t operate on any Bulldogs» the doctor seen us anyways and seen the condition my dog was in and new at the time we couldn’t afford to pay 3,000 dollars at a regular vet and did the surgery for us right away. My dog was back to her normal self with in a week. Thanks again :)

Some of the reviews made me really nervous but i had already scheduled a neuter for my lab. Overall I had a really great experience. The vet was polite and took an interest in my boy. My only complaint is that there’s a large sack of skin left over from the neuter since he didn’t get fixed until 8 months. I wish someone would have told me that this would happen so I could have gotten information on having it removed. I just assumed that they would be removing it.

I LOVE Spay and Neuter Center of Southern Nevada. The office staff are top notch. Each individual that works in this office cares about you and your pet. The value of the services is outstanding. Even though the cost is awesome– they do not make you feel as though you are getting «cheap» services. It makes being responsible pet owner easy and affordable. The office is always clean and well staffed. While it can get quite busy– the staff works quickly to ensure you are not waiting long. And you never feel rushed. I am so pleased I found this office and will remain a continued customer as long as I live here!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They greeted all people As enthusiastically as they did the pets. I asked multiple questions and even though it was the walk in vaccine clinic they answered them all with professionalism and patience (new puppy mom here). When I arrived it was a Saturday and the lobby was packed. I was still seen and leaving within 30 min. Prices were wonderful for the excellent service. Great place to take pets with staff that truly cares for people and especially the pets!

I came here for the walk-​in vaccine clinic. The prices are extremely affordable! I only paid $ 36 for my dog’s annual Rabies, DA2PP, & Bordetella vaccination ($ 12 ea). Our dog’s Vet charges $ 35 for their low cost vaccine clinic. Which by the way, is only open 2 days out of the week. I love how the Spay & Neuter Center has their vaccine clinic open from 3p-​5p everyday, except for Wed! It’s so convenient, especially for people that have a busy schedule.
When my dad and I first walked in, it was pretty busy… But everyone was really nice and professional. The women at the front desk were so easy to talk to and answered all the questions I had. The area is pretty small, so make sure your pet is on a leash!
Dr. Mindi Bardall-​Roberts and her Vet tech carefully handled Kona as he got his vaccinations. I was so impressed on how behaved he was, especially since my dog is a little knuckle head ! Our total time during the visit was about an hour and a half. Not too bad in my opinion, especially on how busy it was.
Kona and I will be back in 2 weeks to have his Cahones removed!

After I got my dog surgery done, I didnt see an improvement. But hospital said she will be fine so I waited another 3 months. But still my dog has cherry eyes. This time, they said the reason why she still look so sick is that she’s the Basset hound! Ha! Can you believe this?

I have been here twice for vaccinations for my dog Tori. Both visits were positive experiences. The vet techs and veterinarians engaged with my dog and kept me informed during the checkup. (Better bedside manner than my Primary Care Provider…)

This place is awesome! I got my 3 month old puppy spayed here and it was such a pleasant experience. They had a drop off time at 7AM and boy, it was busy! I was one of the first people so I was in and out. When Poppy my puppy came out she was drugged up but looked so cute. They gave me pain medication for her to take. They gave me the cutest dog blanket for her and sprayed her with this amazing crème brûlée puppy perfume! It was amazing, all the people were friendly and gave me a check up call the next day to see if she was okay. Such amazing prices, and staff. Thank you Spay & Neuter center, I will be back!

Got my little puppy pal spayed at this center and we had a very positive experience. Check-​in for us was between 7 AM (when they opened) and 7:30. We arrived at 7:15 AM to a full lobby so I suggest coming earlier if possible even though service was quick either way. You fill out paperwork and you can opt for a microchip ($ 35) and cone ($ 10) at the same time which we did to get it all done. There’s also an option for sedative pills ($ 10) in case your dog gets hyper later because he or she shouldn’t run post-​surgery and we added that too. $ 95 for spaying and with all the add-​ons it came out to a reasonable $ 150 for me.
The vet checked my puppy in the back and we left until we received a call around 1PM that Mango was ready to be picked up. They give you a monkey blanket for your dog and follow-​up the next day with a call to see how he or she is doing.
Overall it was a fast and painless experience. The staff was fast and professional and the vet was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this center for spaying. Look no further.

I took Momo here to get spayed and had absolutely no complications. They had quoted me a fraction of the price that my vet had. I continued to do some research and it kept leading me back to the center.
I called a week in advance to schedule a time. They called me the day before to remind me of upcoming procedure, the process she needed to take beforehand, and the time to have her in. On the day of, I filled in some paperwork, and off she went. A few hours later, I got a text telling me she would be ready in a few hours. When I picked her up, the girls upfront brought her out. She gave me tips on how to administer the medication, check on the wound, and told to call if any complications occur.
Besides being loopy and running into everything with her cone of shame, she was perfectly fine. So for half the price and excellent service, I could not be happier.

Great place to take your pet for their shots. They’re very quick and to the point which is what I love compared to the Lied Animal Shelter Clinic.
I recently took my female dog to get spayed and they were very understanding on how nervous she was. They’re professionals and know how to handle animals. The workers are very cordial and informative.
Also don’t worry if you bring your cat here. They do have a separate waiting room to ease your mind.
Just be sure to set up an appointment for your pet to get spayed or neuter. I believe their prices are very reasonable and affordable. I will be taking my male puppy here to get neuter in the near future.
