I was gifted with a massage almost a year ago, and I had no expectations beyond the usual «rub down» on my initial visit Amber introduced herself and asked did I have any concerns. I replied as always «just overall soreness and tightness in my neck and shoulders. She explained her background and said she also offers sideline therapy and would I be interested in some of that at no additional cost? I replied sure not even understanding what that entailed. During the massage she evaluated my muscle /​skeletal self, and made inquiries such as had I injured my left foot and demonstrated the lack of range of motion in my hips. She was only able to stretch my leg about 2 feet to the side.‘
I was surprised by her intuitive nature and skeptical at the same time. But I decided to book 3 additional visits. Well that was 26 visits ago and now the range of motion in my hips is normal ! When she stretches my leg I can look at my foot! One word AMAZING we are now focusing on my shoulders getting them aligned and the range of motion where it should be. The rub down part is nice but I’m convinced that it’s the sideline therapy that has me feeling great at 58

I play soccer and was experiencing some neck and shoulder pain. I was able to schedule an appointment easily and was seen by Amber, the massage therapist, within a few days of doing so. She was very professional. She explained the process to me in detail and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. She was also quite thorough when doing sideline therapy mixed in with a myofascial release massage. Overall, this was a really good experience that provided some much needed relief and relaxation. I would definitely recommend Sonoma Massage and Bodywork Therapy.

Great massage by Amber in a quiet, pleasant, clean atmosphere. I went with a Zspot Deal and it was such a treat to be so impressed by her professionalism and wonderful healing massage. I will definitely return.
