Looking for a quick and tasty lunch in Las Vegas, NM we stumbled upon this food cart driving down Mills ave. They have a small menu compared to a restaurant, but about on par with most food carts. We had a grilled salmon burrito, it was delicious. Great flavors and marinade, but did not mask the natural flavor of the quality salmon filet. The filet was good size taking up a majority of the space in the tortilla. At $ 6.00 it’s pretty hard to beat. We’ll be back very soon, I aim to try each item on the menu.
