I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The main lady who works there is very nice and tries her best but really doesn’t know what she is doing. The computer system they use always seems to be down and you have to stand there waiting several minutes for them to keep restarting it until it works. But the biggest issue I have with this place is how they clean the clothes in the fact that they don’t really clean them and instead ruin them! I brought in a beautiful cream and black blazer I had bought from Anthropologie — so it was fairly expensive. When I went to pick it up I was horrified to see that the black had bled into the cream part, basically ruining the jacket. The lady called a few people (I don’t know who) who I guess instructed her to tell me they would try cleaning it one more time. So they did and when I came back a few days later it was WORSE! The lady told me they would keep the jacket and the manager would call me to reimburse me for the jacket. To hell with that, I was not going to let them keep this jacket any longer and destroy it more than they already did. And paying me for the jacket won’t do anything as I got it awhile ago and wouldn’t be able to buy it again. I’m going to take it to Tiffany Couture Cleaners — sure they are expensive but this would have never happened there. Sometimes it is worth spending the extra money to have something done right instead of taking it to a cheap cleaner who doesn’t know what it’s doing. Will never return here and advise anyone to think twice about going here

Decided to try this cleaners because of how close it was to my house, horrible idea! Took 4 dress shirts and every one came back shrunk. I have spent the last week attempting to speak to a manager and every time I call I am told the manager will be there later on in the week, I have also left my name and number with no response from the «manager». Horrible customer service to top it all off.

This dry cleaners is the closest one to me so I use them but I’d have to find say try somewhere else. My clothes always come back ruined and I called 2 minutes before closing to request to pick up my clothes I am a few minutes away literally and they said no sorry come tomorrow. this place sucks

I’ll keep this short. Basic dry cleaners. Convenient location next to Albertson’s. Normal pricing. $ 2.50 for basic blouses, more $ for heavier articles of clothing. I got 3 winter coats and a pair of slacks cleaned for $ 27. They also have a person that does alterations on clothing. To get my pants shortened was only $ 9. Everything is ready to be picked up within 3 – 4 days. That is all.
