I am very happy with the work that Sierra Masonry did for me. I was amazed at how fast they got the job done. My cinder block wall looks great. Not only that they fixed the stucco on my house. I would highly recommend them for block wall and stucco work.

We scheduled an appointment to have him come out and give us a quote for an installation of pavers and a short block wall. We set the appointment up for 2 p.m. today. I knew I wasn’t going to be there so my husband drew a diagram of the work we wanted done and gave it to our secretary along with detailed instructions. The gentleman (Javier) called me and left a message, but never showed up. He said that because I didn’t answer when he called me on the phone he decided not to come over. We own an HVAC contracting business and I know that it is not the customers responsibility to answer the phone, but rather to make sure that someone is there to greet the contractor when they show up. You guys should have come over regardless of whether or not I answered the phone, and then you should not have been so cavalier when I called you later in the day, not even asking if you could reschedule or apologizing for missing the appointment. We wen out of our way to make sure you had everything you needed when you arrived. Our suggestion to Unilocalers is to try someone else who needs your business more.

Javier was very easy to work with and very accommodating. I changed my mind a couple of times on different designs and Javier just rolled with it. The fence looks fantastic and relatively painless. I’m already hiring Sierra or another job.
