For such a big company I’m surprised they would let this store have such horrible customer service. I didn’t get greeted at the door, I was LITERALLY the only customer in the store and not once did someone come over to me to ask if I needed help, if I was looking for something in particular. It’s hard to believe that it was slow since it was on the strip, I know, but I’ll deff take my money and questions to the town square location. I was so excited to go into this particular Sephora because I heard it was bigger and etc. but wow! I’ve never been so disappointed.

Nicole the manager is the best. On 1/23, she helped with an incorrect charge. I was charged twice for a Stila smudge stick eyeliner and not charged for X Nail color. Basically overcharged $ 10. She helped correct this over the telephone. Super helpful! 5 stars for Nicole 1 star for the cashier

Chloe, I’m 99.9% sure that was her name, was absolutely amazing! Knowing I had already bought a ton of stuff, after my purchase she took me around and gave me a ton of samples of face products(night retinol oil, exfoliating scrub, and moisturizer) she was so sweet and helpful! Definitely my favorite Sephora for the next time I’m in Vegas! Thank you, Chloe!

Oh this is a woman’s paradise! Customer service was so on point. The fella in the perfume section gave us a ton of samples. I currently have my eye on buying a bottle of the Dior Addict… it’s the most fabulous fragrance. I bought some waterproof mascara there from Clinique. I could stay here for hours playing with all of the girly stuff. They had a little section where you can get makeovers done as well. It’s a very clean and well organized store.

If there was less then one star that is what they would get. They constantly mess up phone orders. I spend a good amount at Sephora every month probably a couple thousands. When I ask for something to be held I expect to have it held. It was a Christmas gift for my niece«the give me more lip kit» and they said they would hold it took down my name and number. I call today to make sure it’s there and of course this Sephora didn’t have anything held for me. I’m so very upset. If you were to choose any Sephora on the strip stay away from the Venetian! The employees had no sign of remorse at all. You’ve lost a valued vib rouge member. Time to switch to ulta ladies there employees take care of you.

SERVICE — doesn’t exist. Maybe try one of the other 3 or 4 locations on the strip? They are standing around talking in groups instead of greeting customers. I stood and stared until I could get some help. And then still didn’t walk me to the product, help me at all, but only pointed. WTF?

Sephora is as sephora does. Wonderful makeup selection. Even facial creams, acne treatments & scrubs. I even got free gifts with my purchase. I did enjoy the security officers who tried to help me find what I needed. Just some friendly dudes who are knowledgable in the vast makeup world. I dropped all of my stuff on the floor & everyone came to help. Very friendly staff.

I know this make up artist Steven M. Garcia he is pretty amazing he works at this location. He did my engagement photo shoot make-up in LA when he lived out here. So after searching for another good make up person in LA and had no luck. I just ended up flying in Steven from Vegas to LA to do my wedding day make up! So worth it! Total perfection! i got so many compliments, I loved that he listened to my every wish. Can wait til next time!

I booked marked this place specifically, not to try or buy make-up, but to be sure I will write a detailed review for. There are about 4 – 5 Sephora’s on the strip of Las Vegas all around a radius of 2 miles. I have been a VIB Sephora for many years and have always loved the staff that greeted and treated me with respect. It is a little disappointing feeling disregarded or even uncomfortable. I was looking for something specific and I didn’t find any stacked. I asked if there were any in back storage because sometimes the staff members do not have time to constantly re-stack the shelves. I kindly asked can you ask if there are any in the back? This was the third Sephora I’ve been to all day. The staff member not only said, «If its not there, we don’t have it…» nonchalantly he shrugged his shoulders and stared at me like I asked him for his a social security number. I was waiting for him to give me another response, but he walked ahead and went to greet a couple that walked in with the biggest smile. Maybe I am being a little over my head and assuming that it was because of what I was wearing(I am usually in gym clothes… I am not going to fancy by changing when I shop at the Forum Shops after I gym). I felt so uncomfortable. The store was close to empty yet I felt like I was not treated the way that many other Sephora’s uphold. Maybe it is the attitude of the city or maybe even cultural differences. If there isn’t any in the back or even any left at all, he could have tried his best in recommending me a color that might be similar. You have my word that I will never come back to this store.

This place gets a five star from me My wife loves the store every time we come here we come to the store even though there’s two more of them on the Strip this is her favorite she loves their make up here and we usually spend between $ 500 and $ 600 on makeup when we come to the store but it makes her happy that’s what counts I don’t wear make up but my wife love it. staff is always very helpfully thank

Rude staff, no greeting or welcoming! Not helpful at all. Lack of knowledge, 2 of 4 items I was looking for was out of stock. One of the sales person said she was checking it on the back but after 10 mins she never came back. I walk away and I saw her was chatting with bunch of coworkers. No one was paying attention but chatting to other coworkers. What a great service

I generally like Sephora. Up until now, I had only pleasant experience in all their locations. I have a VIB card that gives you some free services and gifts. Sephora have a nice free service that they call«Express Services». This is especially useful when I am traveling and I have an evening event after a long day and I want to have an expert do a nice effect with my eyes before the event. That was my plan on that day. So I showed up here, to the Sephora location at the Venetian as my event was next door at the Wynn. It did seems promising as the location was mostly empty and there was a number of employees doing nothing. I enquired politely for an express service for my eye and the girl that answered seem to be annoyed by my request… she then proceeded to ask someone else and then came back saying that no one was available to help me! There was a least 10 employee on site and far less customers in the store and no one is available? She told me that there might be someone if I came back in an hour(that was too late for my event). Fortunately in that area of the«strip» there is a number of Sephora stores so I proceeded to the one at the Caesar’s Palace across the street where I was greeted by much nicer staff and could have the professional service that I usually find at Sephora. I think that the chain should take a look at their employee at this location because they are not representing them well at all!

I always look forward to visiting this Sephora location while in Vegas. On my recent trip, I had the pleasure of meeting Steven with Make Up For Ever. I was lucky enough to have him do my makeup. I learned so much from him! I even came back another day to buy even more product & get more tips from him!
