The therapists are great, the front office is a solid «meh». They give different answers to the same questions, and are not pleasant.
On the other hand they did change my appt for me with no complaints.
The therapists actually read the files on their patients, and have a policy of making PT feel good, in between the pain of muscles that aren’t cooperating.
Place is clean, with stained carpets. Walls could stand a coat of paint, too.
All in all I wouldn’t say fight to be assigned to this location, but don’t fight it if you aren’t, either.

I was referred to this facility by my surgeon Daniel Lee, who is quite conservative. My current therapist (Matt) has been just amazing! I started out under the care of Olé’ who was also conservative, they just have different techniques.
Going from such a painful position where I could hardly walk, to within three weeks I was able to stand up straight enough to at least look people in the eye was the winner for me!
The facility is always clean, the timeliness of appointments are always accurate, the staff is friendly, yet works hard, and the care is top notch!
Three stars for physical therapy care.
Two stars for customer service. One in the clinical area, and one in the reception area.
