Savvy Handyman

I just thought for those of you who is considering using Dan for your home repairs, please do so at your own risk. Here is an update of my experience with Dan.
Just to share with you my experience with Dan, if you read my first posting and still not convinced of the type of person Dan is, as I mentioned in my first posting after trusting Dan and giving him the deposit of $ 3,500 as he requested and after finally receving the cost breakdown for his repairs I did tell Dan I wanted to get a second opinion and after sending Dan an Email requesting the balance of my deposit returned to me, I received a call from Dan on the 6^th Oct which he left a voice message on my recorder and he threatened to sue me unless I remove my first posting of my comments.
Can you believe the nerve of Dan threatened to «Sue «me for writing my experience working with him and deciding I just wanted a second opinion since we believed his cost for repairs was more than we expected. Isn’t the posting on ’ Unilocal «for the benefit of anyone considering finding a handyman and reading the comments of other customers? So for Dan to threaten me just because I requested a return of the balance of my deposit really tells me a lot about his character so if after reading my comments and you still want to work with Dan, «Good Luck «!

When I called to inquire about a straightforward job, Dan told me he charges $ 50 to come over and give an estimate, and he wouldn’t disclose his hourly rate in advance. I got the feeling that he comes to your house, sizes you up and sees how much he can charge you. I agree completely with the Unilocal description of what one star means… «Eek! Methings not.»

I needed a chandelier hung in my dining room and the fence in my backyard fixed. I called Dan after reading these great reviews and was pleasantly surprised by his friendliness and professionalism. We setup an appointment and he did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. Dan has worked on several high-​end construction projects (i.e. Palazzo to Caesar’s Palace) but seems delighted to do even the simplest of home projects to the most complicated/​complex home projects. I would strongly recommend his services to anyone that is seeking a professional, well-​done job or project. I will definitely contact Dan for my next home project… and I do have a long list! :) Thanks Dan…

We needed to fix a hole in our house. We called Savvy Handyman.
Dan came to our house, after he was done u cant really tell there was a hole there. The design and the paint on the wall was matched perfectly.
The job was done very well and i would definitely hire him again.

I am from out of town and needed someone trustworthy in Las Vegas to help ready my dad’s apartment for sale. He had recently passed away and as you might imagine there were a million things to do. The Savvy Handyman was a find! He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable and got everything done within our budget and timeline. I would not hesitate to use Dan again and recommend him to friends and family. Thanks Dan for helping make a difficult situation a little bit easier.
