The room itself was wonderful & I was very impressed with the quality however I went to what was supposed to be a guided meditation last week; more like a guided nap! There was a man snoring away in the corner of the room and it sounded like chainsaws, it was so LOUD. I don’t understand how I could possibly mediate with this racket. There was a girl there who had been there before asking the instructor to wake him & she ignored both. I didn’t want to say anything being new, I wasn’t sure how it was supposed to work. I will go back to try the regular sessions but if that is how they run their events I won’t be back for those!

My husband and I went here this past Saturday. I love this place. It’s a very clean and relaxed atmosphere. Ava, who helped us is very professional. My husband has allergies and breathing issues and I wanted to check it out, so we went together. It’s very relaxing and it seems to have helped his breathing issues. I signed us up for another 10 sessions which you save money the more sessions you buy. They have a first-​time guest special of two-​for-​one price of $ 35. Go with a friend or do both sessions yourself to see how you like it.

I type this as I sit in here. Luckily I am the only one in here at this time so it is lovely and quiet. The room is clean and inviting. The owner seems lovely and knowledgeable. My only «complaint» was that it seems the owner had a young family member working the front desk and although she was pleasant, she did not initiate contact with me. I didn’t see her behind a poster at the front desk and she allowed me to stand there waiting.
Other than that, my experience was pleasant and I hope this therapy clears up my congestion.
Day 2 of my experience and Day 2 was MUCH better. The owner recognized me and greeted me by name today which made me feel special. The door to the salt room was kept closed so there was a great deal more saltiness to the experience. Although my cough isn’t completely gone, I will come back. It was a great, calming experience.

I can’t believe I haven’t written a review yet! This concept is pure genius. Tucked away in the shopping center at The Trails, The Salt Room is the answer to all things allergie/​asthma related. Once you’ve taken a seat in the Salt café, sit back relax and breathe. We were lucky enough to join a group of 10 for an acoustic guitar session. It was so beautiful. Andy was so relaxed he fell asleep haha. The last time I came here I was sick and so conjested, upon leaving I got home and couldn’t stop blowing my nose. It literally cleared my entire head from all the garbage. This place is nothing short of magical. They have tons of retail items too! It’s certainly worth checking out.

Today was my second time visiting The Salt Room but my first time experiencing Halotherapy. My friend from work was the guest musician today and she plays classic Spanish guitar. I had no idea what to expect but had read all about the therapy on their website and was excited to check it out.
I received a warm welcome and I was required to complete a release. I suppose some people could have a reaction? Anyway you have to remove your shoes to enter the salt cave and there were eight chaise lounges set up for us to sit on. The entire room is full of salt from the floors to the walls and ceiling. When the door is open you can see the salt shimmering in the air. They recommended that you grab a tissue if it was your first time as your sinus passages often open up. In addition, they have some comfy blankets available for your use which I ended up needing during the session. Once everyone was inside the session began and my friend played for an hour some beautiful Spanish guitar. I felt very relaxed In this room of strangers but not sleepy. I breathed just fine and never felt any irritation in my throat or a need to cough as others did. The lounges aren’t super comfortable but I still enjoyed the nice break from the hustle and bustle of the holiday rush. I really enjoyed my friend’s performance and would definitely return for another session. They offer yoga sessions along with a variety of body treatments. I did book a massage in the future and am excited to feel the benefits. They also sell salt lamps, detox salt rocks and other healing items. Although I did not feel an immediate effect from being in the salt cave, I did notice later that my sinus passages felt very open and my breathing feels clean and strong!

The salt in the air today is potent. So healing! So good for allergies, colds, asthma, seeps relaxing. Just like being at the ocean!

The Salt Room has such a great ambiance, lots of Himalayan salt products and friendly customer service… this is the perfect non-​invasive and healthy holistic modality that supports healing for sinus and allergy issues. Love, love, love The Salt Room!

Went to the Salt Room today for my first time and it won’t be my last!!! Sitting in the salt room before my massage was super relaxing and it made me feel great!!! I got a massage from Kevin and he was amazing, the pressure was perfect and he knew exactly what I needed to help with the pain I was experiencing. Make sure you arrive early so you can check out all of their merchandise and stay late to enjoy the salt cave after your treatment because that is supposed to create the best results. Check the out you won’t regret it.

Tried calling on August 21 several times. No answer left a message. Decided to book an appointment on line, easy and convenient. 9 am August 22, please arrive 15 minutes early. Great I would be in and out and have the rest of the day. Waited until 9 watching the door. No movement went to the door and hours are 10 – 6. Okay went home and came back at 9:45, waited until 10:15. Small sign says closed August 21 – 23. Watched 4 or 5 potential customers have the same frustration. This may be unusual for the owners but don’t allow on line bookings if your closed, change your answering machine to reflect a closure. Bad customer service, will not trust them with my «spa» treatments

I’ll get right to the point — if you have allergies then you need try this place out! I always have to dope myself up with allergy pills and local bee pollen just so I don’t sound like a nasally, 90 year old smoker on-​air. These desert allergies are kicking my ass and I’ve been getting desert rash-​slash-​eczema from the dry heat on top of it (TMI?) :) Well salt rooms help with both issues! I went 2 days ago and I’m already breathing better, and I feel less puffy as snot isn’t being held hostage by irritated sinuses. I learned that Vegas has a Himalayan salt cave via groupon, but wanting to try it out before committing to several sessions I didn’t get the groupon and still got a major discount for being a first timer. Plus they have happy hour sessions during the week! So you can get a good deal to try it out at least (trust me, it’s worth the full cost even). And they are so nice there… I mean, like abnormally, you rarely meet people in Vegas like this, nice. I go to check out and my card isn’t working because as it turns out, my card number was counterfeited and my bank cut my card off. Not having another form of payment on me and trying everything to give the kind lady that runs the joint the $ 35 for 2 sessions she told me not to worry and just pay when I come back! Now I don’t recommend trying to do this (or scanning your debit card in a non-​bank-​related ATM to avoid getting your card compromised) I just thought this was the best customer service! It is just a reflection of the kind of zen environment it is in there. But I am still waiting on my replacement card and haven’t had time to go back the past 2 days so she might be singing «bitch better give me my money» but oh I’m going back — not just to pay but to sit my ass in a salt room for some holistic healing and mental meditation.

Since my daughter was 3 years old we have struggled with allergies and asthma… she has been hospitalized 5 times in the last 3 years (she is almost 7) for a simple cold. Whenever she would get a head cold her oxygen levels would drop rapidly forcing to a trip to the ER. Doctor after doctor was prescribing steroids, inhalers, nasal sprays among other things. Every checkup at the pulmonologist resulted in a new medication because her lungs weren’t functioning at full capacity so we feared another hospitalization.
I had heard briefly about halotherapy but never looked into it. My mom sent me a link to the salt room and I started researching. I had nothing to lose at this point so without getting my hopes too high, I bought a package of ten treatments knowing one wouldn’t do much of anything… boy was I wrong, after the FIRST visit my daughter was coughing up junk I never thought was possible.!! We kept going every couple of days and after her 6^th session, she had a follow up with the pulmonologist… they were astounded that her lungs were COMPLETELY CLEAR!!! She had perfectly functioning lungs for the first time in years. I was brought to tears knowing full well that the halotherapy is what did it… I must add, I NEVER filled her prescriptions of poison that they gave us, I was not going to pump my little girl full of this damaging stuff. So the test results were WITHOUT the helps of MEDS!!! I am so so grateful to the salt room and that I have found them… my daughter enjoys going as everyone is so pleasant and welcoming, but most importantly I know how much it is helping her heal.

Great place with very kind and friendly owners. Kid friendly place. Kids room has salt beneficial treatment as well, while they’re busy playing or watching tv/​movie (Netflix), lots of salt product such as lamps, candle holders, oils, scrubs, kitchen salt and much much more. Enjoyed every second with my kid and partner. Partner fell asleep for being so relaxed. Love the special scrub they have in the bathroom by the sink! They have special packages and very affordable. Found them on Amazon local and glad I did. Will definitely come back for more sessions and massages. Definitely recommending to friends and family. Ty salt room!

My friend made me come here with her and to be honest I wasn’t interested. I didn’t get it.
The store is very cute and I noticed all the salt lamps that are on sale. My friend has these all over her house and she even has a few at work. They are very pretty and there are so many different sizes and all sorts of shapes. The salt cave itself was very cool. It’s salt from bottom to top and I’ve never seen anything like it before. You sit down in a comfy reclining chair and get to relax for 45 mins. The air feels so weird and once you begin to breathe it in you magically start feeling better. I’ve been coughing like crazy and I didn’t cough at all in here. I liked it a lot and will be back. Sometimes trying new things that sound weird is worth it. The lady checking us in was also very nice.

Who would have ever guessed that this exists in my neighborhood! When my friend told me about this place I couldn’t believe it & after trying it I still can’t believe it’s so close to my house! I loved every second of my experience here!
The shop is located in a large shopping plaza & you can see all the stunning salt lamps from the street. As I parked I was already smiling :)
Halotherapy is incredibly popular in Poland & being Polish I felt like this was a little slice of home! Poland has numerous salt caves & they are incredible. I’m very lucky to have a few salt lamps from Poland in my home & there are so many health benefits to them. They also look beautiful & give off the most incredible looking glow in any part of your home.
I don’t know if salt caves cure anything but what I do know is that they are incredibly relaxing & that is something most people need. This particular experience lasted 45 mins & my breathing felt better. My allergies weakened & my hair & skin felt extra soft. You’re in a room shared with other people & once you allow your brain to slow down & think of all the things that make you happy the experience begins. I didn’t want it to end.
When it was over you have salt particles all over you & I even tasted it on my lips for the rest of the day. Don’t wear black.
This place also has many other great things going on like massages, meditation, yoga, body treatments, facials and sells beautiful salt lamps in different sizes & shapes. The lady running the front desk was also very nice.
This is a very unique experience & I highly recommend it to everyone. We all need to slow down & find ways to relax. This place is beyond special. It will definitely become a part of my monthly routine to take better care of myself.

This is an extremely unique place. I love the gift shop area, the selection of items is good. Overall, its a bit pricey, in fact a monthly membership is somewhere between 350 and 400 a month which is not affordable for the average customer. The ambiance is wonderful and they have gone to a lot of work to make it beautiful and functional. I would join if there was an affordable package, but to sit by yourself in a lawn chair, it is way too expensive.

Very cool experience. I only got to relax/​play with my son in the «kids room» for 45 minutes, but I can imagine how much nicer it would have been by myself in «the cave».
It’s room temperature with toys for all ages (the wooden blocks and large Legos were his favorite) and a TV with Netflix so you can watch a kids show.
He has allergies this time of year so I was looking for a more holistic approach to treating it, because over-​the-​counter medicine makes him cranky.
I will definitely be coming back. It’s typically $ 35/​hour for adults and $ 25/​hour fir kids, but you get $ 10 off during your first visit. They also have «happy hour» deals from 11 – 3, and a monthly unlimited membership which includes a free guest pass. So there’s lots of discounts to take advantage of.

This multi purpose therapy location is wonderful. The salt therapy room is very relaxing and feels great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have had several facials, a hot stone massage, restorative yoga session and a reiki session. Come try it! The owner is Ava Mucikyan and she is great!

So relaxing combined with the meditation and reiki. I’m still floating somewhere out in space. And breathing so much better. This was my first time and I will definitely be back.
