Rouge Skin Hair & Makeup

I arranged to have my hair and makeup done over the weekend while in Vegas celebrating my birthday. Jennifer the booking agent was prompt to respond to my request for the appointment request and was very helpful via email.
Tammy, the makeup artist they sent was so awesome. She arrived right on time to my hotel room and came with a great kit of Mac products. I explained the look I was hoping to achieve and shared a photo for ideas … She definitely delivered. I absolutely loved the final look of both my hair and makeup. Tammy was super sweet and I would definitely recommend her and this company to anyone looking for a little glam.

As a group of women of a «certain age» who would be coming from out of town, we decided to find a makeup artist to do our makeup for a wedding where we would not only be guests, but we would also be performing a Bollywood dance. I found Rouge Skin on Unilocal and decided to take the chance based upon the reviews. I let the booking manager know that we were not looking for the «subtle beauty» that one normally requests for a wedding. We were middle aged ladies who were looking to stand out for our performance!
Tammy, our makeup artist arrived exactly on time and completely prepared. She conferred with us, looked at our costumes, and even listened to Bollywood music with us! Tammy was absolutely fabulous and made us look absolutely fabulous, too. She made each of us look a bit different, yet our looks still coordinated with our matching costumes and our regular «wedding outfits.» Imagine trying to come up with a look that would go with «circus,» «rockabilly,» and «Bollywood» and doing all of them on women in their fifties! I cannot recommend Tammy and Rouge highly enough. I only wish I had more events to attend in Las Vegas so I could use their services more often.
P. S. The cost was worth it for the eyelash application alone!

Brianna did the makeup for myself and my wedding party the morning of our wedding and I couldn’t be happier! We did the trial a few months in advance, and although the make up came out great, it was a little heavier than I would’ve liked (I don’t wear much makeup). Brianna took this feedback with no problem and adjusted it so it came out perfectly on my wedding day. She was so accommodating on a day that could’ve been so stressful. She had another appointment to get to later in the day, but assured me that we would have enough time and it would be no problem if we ran over, which we didn’t end up doing. Everyone loved how their make up came out and we all looked great! My bridal air brush makeup stayed from around 11am until midnight– and that’s with a little sweat and some tears! I’d highly recommend her for your special day!

I rarely write reviews, but I believe in giving credit when its due. I read the reviews here and decided to book Brianna to do my hair/​makeup for a formal event on Sep 26^th. She arrived at least 5 min early, was extremely courteous, professional and friendly. I showed her a couple of photos and she took it from there, giving me exactly what I wanted. We had great conversation while she was working. She is extremely talented and the results exceeded my expectations! I looked beautiful! She is my new go-​to for hair/​makeup.

I’m so happy there is a forum like Unilocal to review and read reviews of businesses. I was going to an event in Las Vegas from out of town and wanted a recommendation for hair/​makeup. I found Rouge Skin Care & Makeup on here and sent a message. Brianna contacted me right away and got me in touch with Jennifer (booking manager). Both ladies made the process extremely simple. Days leading up to my event they sent me a text message with details. Brianna showed up on time and was very professional. She listened to my needs and my hair and makeup were on point! I want to start by saying Brianna is a breath of fresh air she was amazing. I felt so nervous having my hair and makeup done for my destination wedding in Las Vegas but I was very fortunate to have found her on Unilocal,Brianna felt like she was part of my family and made me feel at ease and very comfortable. I called Brianna in February for my wedding makeup & Hair. I read the reviews on Unilocal and chose Rouge because I was coming from California going to Las Vegas and needed someone to come to my hotel room in the morning of my wedding on Monday (Memorial Day 5−25−15). Brianna called the day before to check in with me, showed up on time (Early)to my hotel suite. she treated me like a friend would on wedding morning… She helped me so much and did such a wonderful job I didn’t even want to look until I walked out the door and when I did I looked so pretty and felt so happy! she was amazing and so pretty. my hair looked so good too! everyone kept asking about it! They did an amazing job on my hair and makeup! I have to say I was a little scared because we didn’t do a trial run and I didn’t want my face to look like the makeup was caked on. Lucky the ladies listened to what I wanted and the end result was amazing. I can’t thank you ladies enough you made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day thank you!!!

Bri was so awesome! She made sure to try to achieve the makeup look and hair I envisioned and also gave me her true honest opinion when I asked! Not only was sh awesome with me but also very patient with my family (who really wanted to have their opinions heard). She was super professional and great person to talk to-​definitely helped with the anxiousness of the day. I had a destination wedding in Las Vegas, and decided to use Rouge based on Unilocal,pictures, and their website. I went in sort of blind having no personal recommendation or a trial run, but I could not have been happier how all of our hair and makeup turned out. Brianna with Rouge is awesome.
After several messages via Unilocal,email and text, we met for a hair and make up trial. For the trial, we met in the Northwest, where she has a spot dedicated to just trials. I brought photos and ideas I was thinking of, and she also showed me some of her previous work.
Then wala! Brianna worked her skills and many years of experience on me, and I had my wedding look down. It was maybe a couple shades of color off from the lips but just minor adjustments for the big day.
On the big day, she arrived at my house early to set up. This time around did not take as long as the trial since Brianna knew exactly what she was going for. I looked flawless, how a bride should look, and it stayed all day. This includes the make up (airbrush) and hair (updo).
If you are looking for fantastic, professional, not overdone makeup, Brianna’s your gal!

I don’t give 5 stars away unless you absolutely blow me away. Brianna Perezcassar is amazing! I feel Vegas hit a jackpot with this amazing woman. She has a great personality, she knows makeup, she has a great team and as a bride I was HAPPY! My family and friends also loved her. I highly recommend calling Rouge Skin & Makeup. The services provided are priced well and are outstanding.

Briana was great. She listened to what I wanted and did an amazing job. When I said I didn’t like the lips she was the best, never got mad and changed it right away! I can be very picky and she always stayed professional and upbeat. She even came in early when I decided at the last minute I wanted my hair styled too. Thank you for making me look perfect and feel even better.

Brianna and her team at Rouge Skin Hair and Make up are absolute rockstars! They really worked with me on timing and getting everything coordinated for my wedding. I had 9 people getting their make up done and they dealt with me changing the start time 3 times. They are super flexible, affordable and did amazing work. We had the airbrush makeup and at first I was concerned because I usually wear a lot of make up because I like the matte finish well I got that look with 2 little drops of makeup. My eyelashes looked amazing, my eye makeup looked amazing, everything looked amazing. I cannot say enough good things about Brianna, Jennifer and their team. What an absolute delight to work with. I would highly recommend them for make up for ANY event, whether your getting married or attending a wedding this team will make you look your best!

I just recently had my hair cut & colored once again by the talented Ms. Alissa Thal! I’ve been going to her for my hair needs for over a year now and can genuinely say that I’ve never been happier with the results. From personal experience I know how rare (not to mention frustrating!) It can be to find a stylist who not only effectively listens & understands what you want, but also successfully achieves your expectations.
Aside from stellar hair, she’s also very flexible & dependable when it comes to scheduling appointments. She’s super sweet and fun to chat with, making the lengthy highlighting process an enjoyable one.

Brianna is one of the best makeup artists and beauty experts I’ve worked with. She is professional and kind and so very knowledgeable in what she does. She offers custom blend foundation making my face look so flawless– you can expect to get get amazing service and care– and know that you will look amazing– I sure did. She is also affordable for the quality time service and product line that she offers.

Brianna at «Rouge Skin Hair and Makeup services» is awesome! She did my makeup a few times just for fun and going out and she did such a great job. She is very professional and fun. She picked the right colors to go with my skin tone, and I got lots of compliments.
I have also seen some of her work done at weddings and it’s just amazing. When my day comes, she will def be the one I call.
