Place is awesome! If ur in the area must stop by! Crowd flowing. Good vibe good music

Wrong place to go. They don’t keep their hours and close whenever they want. Hookah is third party and they don’t always show up. Don’t waste your time.

Decent place to get good cocktails if you want something better than in the casino.
Bartenders are friendly. Prices are high, but drinks were good.

Meager selection and overpriced Humidor. If you’re hipster Scum, then you’ll love the White and lime green interior. Oh and another thing… their hours off operations are unreliable

This review is purely for the company policy enforcement of their operational hours.
We wanted to go to the Rhumbar for cocktails, which stated they were open until midnight. However, by the time we strolled around to it by 11:30 pm, they had a sign for closed to entry even though there were still patrons in the lounge.
I understand there are slow seasons even in Vegas, however if you post certain hours of operation, you should operate in those stated times.

Absolutely loved it here! Excellent choice in music, hookah was great & the drinks were strong! Just how I prefer :) very cozy outside seating lounge, lots of heaters to keep warm during winter. We all enjoyed it very much.

Awesome bar with some really cool drinks! And best of all you’re allowed to dtink it outside on the vegas strip. These drinks are freaking amazing. If you come to vegas you have to get one. It’s definitely part of the whole vegas experience. It’s in the mirage casino, right after starbucks, not too far from California Pizza Kitchen. My girl loves the drinks here. We got one for the fire/​volcano show that starts at 8pm in front of the Mirage.

Great ambience and dj hookah cant lie was very avg but u know didnt bother me much since the service was great to get it its 10 dollars beers are relatively inexpensive so cudos to that

I stopped by this bar last night before going to my 7:30 dinner reservation. My one complaint is the slow service. From the time we sat down until we received our drink order was around 20 minutes. The only reason I gave it three stars and not two is because our margarita was delicious.

I can see why cigar smokers around the world consider this place one of the best places to enjoy a stogie and a drink.
I had my 13 year old boy sitting literally on the fence as I slowly smoked a Havana Montecristo 2.
Next time I’ll come back solo and enjoy the slow puff and king ashes alone-​or when he turns 21.
Ask for Brie she’s a very knowledgeable and friendly server!

Rhumbar is worth a stop!
Its been one of my little secret spots on the strip for quite some time its located right off the strip in a quaint corner of Mirage– this place has got all the goods!
Rhumbar offers all the mainstream drinks with an ethnic twist. Try their drink specialty menu for seasonal goods.
The entrance is a little confusing during the day because the outside gate is closed, so you’ll have to detour through the inside bar to be seated outside.
The inside is chic and air conditioned so clearly if it’s hot, you’d got a good go to spot. The fun times however, are always outside.
The DJ is always on point, jamming out music from today and the yester years.
The crowd can be mixed up depending on the time of day, and when you’re visiting. Regardless it doesn’t really matter because everyone’s drinking and having a great time!
Much of the décor is modern and contemporary. Oh and did I mention they have flavored Hookah! It totally adds a nice «touch» to the Mirages mystical middle eastern vibe.
On the entire strip this is my favorite hookah spot– its outside, got music, drinks, and tvs for game days!
Minus one star for lack of servers– they’re nice, just not enough of them.

I took one out of town guest and one local for our first visit here! We didn’t think we’d be comfortable on the patio in the 105 plus degree heat but they’d reserved the best spot for us so we were game. Misters and fans helped a little and the patio is the better spot to enjoy your tropical bevvies. Service was just OK as it took forever to get water and hello it’s 105 out here!!!
Especially when you’re drinking. This is not a spot I’d come to without some sort of incentive, but it was OK for a touristy joint. We had quite a few speciality cocktails such as the Latin Manhattan and mai tai. They were good drinks but probably not worth the $ 12 – 14 regular price. The piña colada was tasty too and we enjoyed trying the different cocktails. The décor is tropical and the Strip view is nice, if you’re into that.

I LOVED THIS PLACE!!! I almost don’t want to Unilocal it so I can keep it a secret. We went last night for my friends birthday.
The DJ is on point. They usually make or break a place — esp when everyone is so obsessed with EDM. He did an amazing job of playing good 90s hip hop to today’s hits on the radio to some reggaeton.
Every employee we encountered was so friendly and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. The hookah girl joked with us and always checked on our coal. Our server got our pitchers out quick and the bartenders made the drinks so good! We had a pitcher of red sangria and a pitcher of Mai tai — so good! Try the strawberry caipirinha too — yum!
We made friends with awesome girls from NYC and they took the birthday girl out to the dance floor.
We will be back — thanks for our new casual spot!!!

The cocktails were good I had the tagonga (I think that was the name). I ordered it because the picture looked so good with two rods of pineapple and a pretty flower hanging out of it in a nice glass. When I tried to order it and couldn’t get the name right the young brunette male bartender gave me a rude look and wouldn’t even help me out. We walked to have one cocktail. And I will not be back. If you are going to have signature drinks maybe having a signature list at the bar or don’t be a jerk. I get it you work at a strip casino bar and deal with tourists but this time you offended a local.
Anyways my cocktail came in a plastic cup one wedge of pineapple and the pretty flower. It was overly sweet. I asked what alcohol was in the cocktail and was ignored.

LOOOVED this place! What better way to spend a gorgeous Vegas evening… Great patio overlooking the strip; fun music, good service and hookah. A friend and I enjoyed all of the above for a few hours and had a really fun time. The DJ was playing really fun music, people were dancing — all sorts of fun. Attire was all over the map so wear whatever you’re comfortable in. They offer a drink menu, but stuck with the basics. I am sure their specialty drinks are good. The Hookah menu is pretty lengthy, every flavor combo imaginable.
I totally understand that they want to fill up all the seats but we were seated with two different groups during our stay and both were serious motley crews. I mean it made for some good entertainment, but it would be nice if they had seating areas that could accommodate smaller groups so you did not always have to share the space! In addition to the patio there are some bar seats and soft seating inside. but the patio is the place to be for sure!
If you are looking to enjoy a patio with a fab atmosphere — check it out, you won’t be disappointed!

This is a beautiful outdoor/​indoor bar at the Mirage. It’s a very relaxing atmosphere, nice drinks, and you can even enjoy smoking hookah! If you like rum, they have a cool name drink menu and the best part is they are open everyday, 12pm to 1am/​2am.

Come down in a Friday or Saturday and u will hear one of the best DJs in Vegas. Everything from disco to the most recent hits will b played. DJ here honestly belongs in one of the major clubs on the strip.
As for drinks and hookah, this place does not disappoints. Drinks r average prices for vegas and hookah is good but down side is u can only pay cash for hookah.
For a lounge of this size it sure gets packed due to amazing drinks, music and view of the strip.

My friend and I came here to kill time waiting for my family. Felt like taking a break at gambling so we decided to chill out here and smoke hookah.
In order to use the hookah you have to order a drink. Not a problem for us.
The atmosphere in rhumbar is nice and chill. It was cold out so they had heaters placed throughout the area to keep us nice and toasty.
Nice selection of shisha and the worker came back periodically to check on us and our hookah in case we needed new coals or whatnot. Unlike some places we’ve been to where we won’t see a worker until we’re about to leave.

I saw the Rhumbar listed as a must-​visit prior to our most recent trip to Vegas and put it on the list to check out. We decided to pop in on a Saturday around 1 and it was empty. The patio was open and complete with heat lamps and televisions, which was perfect for Dec 27^th.
The inside is lovely and complete with bar seats and benches up against the wall. The patio is definitely my favorite and we loved the furniture. It is also perfect for people watching as everyone funnels in to the casino right past it, though the seating area was very quiet. There are misters in the umbrellas and so we will definitely be back in the warmer months!
Drink wise, I picked a lime caipirinha and my husband went with the latin manhattan after a recommendation from our server. Drinks were brought out quickly and our server was very friendly and helpful with suggestions. We decided we were just going to have one drink and so our bill was brought right out and we were left to enjoy our time. We weren’t rushed at all and so we were able to enjoy and sip slowly.
We will definitely be back on future visits as this is quite a fun spot!

This is a great little indoor/​outdoor bar and hookah lounge. It is located at the Mirage and is a fun place to people watch as people walk inside the casino.
The drinks are your standard cost and the hookah seemed reasonable. The staff was really nice and friendly which can sometimes be lacking at the standard clubs in Vegas. This place is more like a lounge with dancing as the night goes on but since it is outdoors you can successfully chill in your chair and carry on a conversation.
The husband and I had a great time. We are in our thirties and feel like we are getting a little old for the club scene but still like to go out and have a good time. This place was the perfect combo of drinking, dancing and fun people.
They have a happy hour with reasonable prices so if you are not yet ready to commit to a whole evening like we did, you can stop by and enjoy a beverage before getting ready for a night out. This place is great an is now firmly in our Vegas rotation. I think at some point I was the Unilocal dutchess which made me happy =)
