Awesome place! My laptop broke so I sent it back to HP to get fixed. They told me I’ll be with out it for a month t the least and 3 at the month. So I saw rent a center. I went in. Filled the app. Waited while they verifed. Pay my week and got my self a nice laptop. The lady i think her name is lusie or something like that, she’s the tall one… any ways she even said that when I return the laptop she can apply that money to a TV. Very very happy. And the laptop is touch screen. It’s so cute

We called this location numerous times to ask some questions about a rental. No one could answer our question then they told us they would call us back with the answer. Took both our cell numbers and neither one of us got a returned call. Bad customer service.

I’ve liked everything I’ve bought through here. It is pricey so make sure you pay it off in the 90 days or they will kill you with interest. We’ve gotten items we wanted like an Xbox One, PS4, leather recliner with a swivel table & Sony sound system that is killer.
As I said, you’ve liked our customer service here. I know they are pricey. But when we couldn’t buy what we wanted at elsewhere they’ve gotten it here. Mostly major game consoles.
Sometimes we gotten lightly used items (my ps4) and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. We had 4 weeks before we had to start payments. I thought it was nice.

Like to say this rent A Center on Tropicana and Jones the staff Nick the manager they are very courteous professional they met all my needs in the most part they were all professional from the time I signed up with them to all the deliveries and payments made there this place rent A Center on West Tropicana is the number one store that I ever dealt with while being in Las Vegas great job rent-​a-​center Nick all your members underneath you awesome thank you very much for your time and courtesy and compassion for me as a customer

These people are mean and unhelpful. The prices are actually worse than buying new. Total rip off. The delivery date gets pushed back too often. Buyers remorse is felt heavily here.
