Haven’t been in but hung up on by some dude who answered the phone rude as hell. First impressions are key to success of a business u just lost $ 100-$ 300 in business today. Think about when u answer your phone A$$.

Went into the store yesterday to find a certain product. The lady was very nice and helping me find something, but when I got home I found out that there was a big crack in the middle of my item.(you may ask, why didn’t you inspect it before you bought it) that is not the original one I had in mind, she said she had a different one she wanted to give me and put it directly into the bag after I confirmed color was ok. When I called to confront the issue a different lady told me sorry they do not do refunds or exchanges… my response was I do not go to a store to get sold broken products… she told me I’m sorry ma’am we do not sell broken products… Which is funny because the representative(yesterday) sold me a broken product half off with both her and I knowing it was broken… And another product full price… which when I get home to find out it is broken… Not by me. she continued to argue with me and tell me there is nothing that they can do I told her please leave a note for the lady who sold me the product so I can go speak with her on Monday when she is in. Her name is goopy, spelling I am not sure. This business lies and steals from you. Do not go there.

Very close to my house which is why I love this place. They seem to have very standard/average pricing. They have a wide variety of cigars, papers and pipes. All the employees are nice but most seem to be lacking the knowledge it takes to answer a true smokers questions.
