0 stars. I am the owner and I have similar problems with this team. They are VERY unorganized. Even though Ed Stevens seems very meticulous, and I thought this would be a good quality. NOT. It’s almost 30 days in with a new tenant and I have seen nothing. No paper trail and money is not deposited. I have called twice following up on it and I keep getting promised it will happen tomorrow, nothing has happened. The first chance I get I am switching. I am new with renting properties. I have only used one company for my smaller house. I use Property Management on Lamb Blvd for the smaller house. They are nothing special, but way better than this place. They send everything in a very timely manner, and all Property Management companies do a background check. I am going to see when the excuse of it being the first month is over… how this turns out. So, I guess the conclusion is whether you are a renter or owner, don’t use this place.

Ok so I signed up for Unilocal because of how HORRIBLE this property management and I’m sitting in their office waiting on them to get their crap together. They rented a place to me that was not clean, their walk through for moving in was super short and ED Stevens was annoyed that I was taking pictures and checking everything. They made a million promises about what they would fix when I moved in and NONE of it got done. My ac went out and it took them THREE months to fix and apologized by saying their receptionist was out on maternity leave… not my damn problem. Orange crap started to seep out of my bathroom walls and they said it was moisture. ewww really… moisture??? When we finally decided to move out they couldn’t get their paper work together and kept telling me that they lost it but oh yeah I still have to pay rent on time. They charged me for not dusting above the fridge… are you kidding me??? Ughhhh they still can’t fin my paperwork!!! I’m still in their office — if I could give negative stars I would. Stay away.
