I completely agree with Karen F., this was the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life! I honestly thought I was on an episode of a sitcom, because the situation was unreal, or on a game show where the goal was to disrespect you until you lose your temper! I wish I could give them negative stars it was so awful. I went with 3 of my girls friends to get a color and cut, and one of my friends was also getting her hair fixed from a botched high light from her trip before, by a different stylist, Galina. We were greeted by a very pleasant and friendly receptionist (the only person this place has going for it), who was interrupted by an extremely loud and aggressive girl, who was the new stylist. Before we took 2 steps, she stated that she doesn’t fix other peoples problems for free. We were in shock, and when we got to her station she was extremely confrontational, insulting, and arrogant. Example, she asked «what’s wrong with the color?» My friend replied that you couldn’t even see any high lights, Galina said that the color is fine and my friend is not a professional and has no clue what she’s talking about and there’s no way to fix it, that was the start of what, you could imagine, became a HUGE snowball. She refused to do any work, unless paid and TIPPED (are you kidding me?!), refused a refund from the first trip, until we finally had the owner called because the manager was the stylist that screwed up my friends hair the first time! This place is a joke, they even have 2 Unilocal sites to counter act these reviews!

WORST SALON IN LAS VEGAS. If I could give zero stars I would. First off can I say that the place is disgustingly dirty. They do not sanitize utensils before giving manicures/​pedicures. State board shut down their pedi spas because they do not clean them but they gave pedicures anyways against state boards demands. Asaf (hair dresser/“salon manager) has no license. And they hire receptionists just to fire them within months. I do not know HOW they are not shut down completely and that’s being 100% honest. Disgusted.

Never go to this salon. If I could skip giving them any star I would! They nickel and dime you for every service they do. When you get a cut, color, and style you would think that would include blow dry and flat iron. But it doesn’t. They charge extra for that. $ 25 to blow dry, $ 20 to flat iron. $ 150 to color but the color isn’t permanent. Mine washed out twice. I went back for a redo and it washed out AGAIN! I asked for my money back and was told the state doesn’t allow that. Which I find implausible. I also find implausible that my color would wash out with in 2 weeks of getting it done twice. I have had red color before that I have done myself using dye from Target-​which the «stylist» proceeded to make fun of me about. It NEVER washed out. It lasted 3 – 4 months before I had to do the roots. I look young so people think I am stupid and they think they can treat me any kind of way. Well guess what, I will have the last laugh and I will get the last word because I have a big mouth and know a lot of people and will tell them all not to patronize their establishment. And if you happen to read 5 good reviews about this salon, it’s reviews they wrote themselves. Because all the other reviews I found are not good. They are over priced and think they can just treat people anyway they want. Save your money and your hair!
