just left my doctors office with a scan to be taken, ASAP. showed up to the wrong location due to the address on the paperwork given. The receptionist said that they didn’t take walk ins, but made my appointment(at the right location) for the next morning, then collected my cards and input my info in the system ahead of time. She told me that I should go to the(right) location to pick up my barium and get info, but my insurance was waiting approval. She said, it might be approved by the time I got there so ask if I could be taken. I got there and did. The approval still hadn’t gone through yet, so the worker gave me the barium and instructions. I was heading back to work when I got a call! she was calling to tell me that the insurance approval went through and that if I came back they could take me. I did and it was taken care of(mind you, it’s a long process, this is the story in a nutshell) I was able to get my catscan. The tech was also very nice, polite, great demeanor, excellent. I have never seen a medical facility that: 1) Every body on the staff was nice, polite, friendly and sweet 2) went out of their way to keep up on you and your situation to just make it happen and make it happen now.
