I am writing this review to make sure that what happened to me never happens to another bride again. I got engaged in December 2012 and began to plan my wedding in February 2013. I wanted a small but elegant chapel in Las Vegas. I found the Princess Wedding Chapel on the website and called to learn more about the chapel. I spoke with a very nice woman named Renee(if that is her real name) and she helped me pick out a package that was affordable for myself and the groom. I put a $ 200 deposit down to reserve my date and Renee assured me that everything would be taken care of and that I had absolutely nothing to worry about. I was so relieved that my wedding was so easy to plan! I sent out my invitations later that month and felt at ease in picking the Princess Wedding Chapel. Since February I spoke with Renee via phone calls about five times and we wrote about 10 emails on top of that. I called or wrote to make sure everything was on track and she said my dream wedding was all set for August and to call on July 2nd to make my last payment. I called on the 1st of July just to be safe and there was no answer all day. I continued to call Renee about 30 times for a week and left about seven messages expressing my concern about my wedding plans. I received no answer so I emailed her and come to find out her email had been disconnected along with the website posted on this profile. I am not sure what happened but I am pretty sure I was ripped off and still have not heard from the chapel and I am out $ 200 and I have no venue 27 days before my wedding! Do not trust this chapel!!!
