Portofino Villas

If you like cockroaches and sitting in a hot apartment all summer this is the place for you. This property really brings home the term slum. I have lived here for 9 months and I am sorry I did. maintenance doesn’t even rate it’s so terrible. I have been trying to get my air conditioner, front door frame, garbage disposal, dryer and many other things fixed the entire time I have lived here. My neighbors had roaches and they came to my apartment. It took six weeks to get a big man and when I did the property would not pay for fumigation. Only basic extermination. There’s kids running around terrorizing residents and every time I leave my house they tenants are trying to sell me drugs. To top it off my car was towed for me not driving it enough .have these people ever heard of carpooling and yes I was parked in my assigned space. I would not recommend portfolio villas.
