Rich the carpet guy is the man. I contacted about 10± carpet cleaning companies on Craigslist and Rich contacted me back promptly. He was very knowledgeable and had a very reasonable price. He came early and checked out my home and told/​showed me my carpet. He suggested to add some special pretreatment and a special smell good additive. I was so worried that he was going to upsale me like crazy and he told me a fair additional cost that was optional (well worth the money). The carpet looks and smells amazing and I’m so glad. Thank you so much Rich.

I called Platinum Carpet Cleaning yesterday. Rich, the owner, was able to schedule me for today. They were on time, professional, and most importantly they were able to remove several stains that had been there way too long! My carpets smell fresh, and look great!
