Flaky. It seems like every time I have a question/​request, I have to follow up several times just to get them to acknowledge me. This last time I emailed them twice over a course of 1.5 weeks, and eventually had to call, only to find out that they were no longer managing my complex. Disappointed that they couldn’t take the 2 seconds to email me back with this info and chose to ignore me instead. Oh well, good riddance, I wonder if this is why you were fired by my HOA?

Ive been living in a privately owned condo for 6 months now. for the past two months we go at least once a week with no hot water. This time its been two days. We called HOA who deals with the hot water tank. They told us it would be 6000.00 to replace and it was to expensive. it overrun with squatters and drug dealers. Was not this bad when we moved in. We are going to break our lease due to every week about one or two days we have no hot water

Be very very careful if you hire this company I would rather not have a management company than to deal with rather than hire these people absolutely the worst management company you could ever have

If this is the HOA company for your dream home, I feel very sorry for you. I will never make the same mistake of being with this company again!
I’m surprised these people have 2 stars and not a half a star. $ 50 is paid to them monthly for what? Not to make sure the common areas are kept up, not to make sure abandoned vehicles are towed, not to make sure yards are decent looking and not to make sure neighborhood lights are being replaced when they burn out. So really, they’re stealing $ 600 a year.
When you call them to report abandoned vehicles you know what they say? They tell you to take pictures of the car and email them, because the people driving around the neighborhood didn’t see the car. In my case, a car that is the brightest of colors, parked on the STREET and has been their for 2 months already. And I’m being told number one, people are driving around the neighborhood to enforce the rules and number two I have to email them something that these imaginary drivers should be reporting? Can I bill them $ 50 for that?
I wish this company would go out of business since they can’t handle doing their job.

Horrible. HOA fee is $ 170/​mo for run down 1970s condo just to pay for their service, but all they do is ignore complaints, refuse communication, and fail to upkeep community property. Even emergency repair to roofing has been ignored. If anyone likes them it’s because they are being conned. They are completely ignorant about community bylaws and procedures. Wish we could fire them.

The absolute worst community association management company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They NEVER call you back, answer emails or written letters; all forms of communication I have tried using to get through to them… maybe a singing telegram would get their attention? In the past when I have gotten through to someone on the phone they were so ignorant as to the issues at hand that I wondered why my neighborhood had an association at all. If your sole job is to manage a community and you can’t manage to clean the pool regularly, maintain the common areas trees and shrubs, or answer questions for the homeowners, then what exactly do you do? They are con artists. STAY AWAY!

We have seen a few negative reviews about this company, but we had very good experiences with them. We are homeowners at the Villagio. Pinnacle has been the HOA management co. for a long time. From time to time we needed assistance and we got prompt response! Diana Ramsey is great, other agents are good too. We thought we had to share this information. Thank you.

They complete ignore you at their convenience.
I believe this is in hopes that the homeowner gives up out of sheer frustration and exhaustion.

Aweful.
You never get a call back.
You never know where issues are when you’ve brought it to their attention.
And some are not very helpful.
I would not recommend them.
