Pinewood Apartments

Let me keep going… so now as if our already AWFUL ROACH PROBLEM wasn’t bad enough… I’ve been having HUGE ones in my house coming out of drains… I. Can’t even begin to touch on that BS! I bought a Johnny jumper for my 5 month old daughter but SURPRISE all of the doorways are so *** rigged that I can’t even hang it… the only one KINDA descent is in the closet… which I’m not gonna let my daughter play in the closet that defeats the purpose of it! EVERYTIME I vacuum I have to empty my filter canister AT LEAST TWICE because there is SOO much silt and dirt because this place is TOO LAZY & TOO CHEAP to EVER REPLACE CARPET! None of my doors are sealed so ANYTIME I have the air or heat on I have to continuously run it other wise it goes out… imagine my bill for that!!! I was walking in from the parking lot the other night and saw a broken crack pipe and a couple baggies that had drug residue… that’s GREAT what if a child found that? When the trash people come they leave the dumpsters in the middle of the street and the doors to the trash area wide open… I have come INCHES TO ALMOST HITTING THEM BEFORE… this place needs to OPEN THEIR EYES or BE SHUT DOWN… there are homeless shelters nicer than this place… I’ll continue this rant later

BE WARNED THAT THIS PLACE IS FRAUDULENT! Their turn over rate on employees is ridiculously fast and all employees, including management are arrogant, smug, and uneducated! The only reason why I had to live here was because I fell on hard times, but that is no excuse for the apartment to treat their tenants poorly. I can assure you that I left the apartment cleaner than they gave it to me, and they still had the audacity to keep $ 130 of my $ 150 dollar security deposit! Which by the way, I haven’t even received the remainder of the check and it’s been a month and a half. Their claim was that the carpet had to be cleaned (dirty and small rips when I moved it – stated on my walk-​thru,) they said they had to clean the apartment (BS lie because it was cleaned,) and they said they had to repaint which they have to do regardless after a tenant occupies any rental for more than a year. For anyone thinking of renting from here, pick another low-​income apartment because you can avoid the headaches! I believe in karma and what this company gives out they will receive 10 fold.
P. S. Anyone who has rented from here before and has problems with them or has dealt with their fraudulent ways, please report them! I am doing so myself because they get funding every year from the government and someone has to stand up to them.

I am so happy to be out of this place. They should really check out the people they hire. The unit the handy man is living in is a drug house. The male worker from the front office is always over there. People in and out of that unit. It is not a place to raise kids, people be very careful. They need new people in the office, because they don’t know how to run the place. Make sure you don’t make to rent payments in a month. They put a 24 hr notice on my door, for non payment. I went to the office and they said you paid for July only. I asked them to look again and they finally found it. People I pay by money order so I have all my receipts. Also that week I was staying with my mom in her hotel room. And had I not gone back to my apt. For something. What would have happen with that 24 hr. Notice? They said they would enter an see if it was abandon. Then what? Take all my stuff? I would have gladly sued there Asses.
