BE VERY WARY!!! My aunt would have STARVED TO DEATH if we had left here at this facility. I am in the process of filing a formal complaint to the State of NV Health care and Quality compliance division. We moved an ailing aunt from out of state to Pacifica. From day one, they complained about everything. They LIED and said they could not assist in feeding her because they would be fined by the State if they were caught feeding a resident. After only a month of being there we began the painful process of moving her yet again. The care she was receiving was horrible and family members had to rotate in and out to feed her, do her laundry. We took her out without giving them a 30 day notice and now they have sent a collection agency after us to collection the $ 2150. If you care about your family member, DO NOT PUT THEM IN THIS FACILITY.

My dearest friends have lived here for a year now. The staff has changed around a bit, but the majority of the important ones are still there. The staff knows all the people there by name, not room number. The director alex is very caring, and is very helpful when things go a bit wrong. They were very patient with the complicated move in and now that I have to move john out to a nursing home, has been working to get things set up. Thank you guys for all you’ve done for us.
