Oracle Swimming Pools

We had a large undeveloped backyard. John helped us plan & he installed a free form swimming pool with a waterfall, spa, fire pit, barbeque island, pool equipment enclosure & outdoor shower. He was available all the time, responded immediately, was at the house with the contractors & did an AAAAA+++++ job. Very hands on. We interviewed the top 3 pool contractors. He had the most positive reviews. He is very professional and nice. VERY TALENTED IN DESIGN. Unlike most, he heard what we wanted and designed plans accordingly. We adopted many of his suggestions. His subcontractors were reliable and great. The barbeque/​fire pit/​waterfall & landscaper he referred us to were also outstanding. We used silver/​grey travertine for the deck and veneer stone/​granite for the barbeque and fire pit. The backyard is magazine worthy. We sit outside and are amazed how beautiful and perfect the backyard looks!

I contacted John for an estimate on a pool. He carefully listened to our needs & wants, asked a lot of thorough questions and expertly answered a lot of our questions. He is very professional and offers suggestions on how to get the cost of the pool down. When we finally decided on everything that we wanted, he gave us a cost estimate within 48 hours. We ended up going with another pool company to build our pool who offered to do it for quite a bit less. As it turns out, they offered to do it less because they did not ask the clarifying questions that John had and we ran into several delays and increased costs because they did not cover all the details upfront. The whole time, my husband and I kept wishing we had figured out a way to go with Oracle Pools. We are sure with the attention to detail and professionalism that John exudes that we would have had our pool a month earlier and without the headache. We would highly recommend Oracle Pools to anyone interested in having a pool built or remodeled. We trust John to make it happen seamlessly.

We are 25 year residents of Las Vegas and have owned 3 homes here. Needless to say, we have worked with numerous contractors on various projects over the years. This was the first home improvement project and first contractor that both met every commitment he made and exceeded all of our expectations. He is honest, trustworthy, and extremely talented. I would add that his work ethic is unmatched and he stayed in constant contact with us throughout our project and even after its completion.
