Dr. Smith, Jena and the whole staff were absolutely amazing! Dr. Smith took the time to get to know me and how she could make my vision better. She didn’t rush through her time with me and made sure I was comfortable with what I was getting. Jena and the rest of the staff helped me pick the best glasses for me and even offered tips on what might look better. Not only that but I was able to get sunglasses while looking for glasses. From start to finish it was a fun and enjoyable experience.

Great staff and good modern equipment. However, I was unable to find the right frames I needed for my big fat head. Good place, though.

Turning 40 something and having to get glasses is no way to make a girl feel good about herself. I am so happy that Jennifer and Dr. Smith made transitioning into my glasses a fun experience. It felt good to have so many options and they took their time and answered all of my questions and concerns. I know it will be a year before I’m due for another eye exam but I’m already looking forward to it !! Loving my new spectacles !!!

I have just moved to Las Vegas a few months ago and it’s been very difficult to find good doctors. Everyone at Optic Gallery is amazing. There was almost no wait to see the doctor. Dr. Smith was very nice and professional. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I’m definitely coming back and referring my family and friends. A very special thank you to everyone at Optic Gallery.

Staff great this also includes Dr. SMITH OF course!! she takes the time to fit you into the right contact since i have a hard time with contacts because of my high prescription.

After doing some research on my insurance website and the great reviews on Unilocal,I made an appointment for here. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. I only waited a couple of minutes before I was called to start my eye exam. After the initial tests, you sit down with the doctor and I can’t say enough good things! Dr. Kelli Smith took her time to make sure I had the right prescription, explained everything and answered all my questions I had regarding my vision problems. I’m mad at myself because I can’t think of the young lady who helped me picked my glasses, but she was the sweetest person. She was very patience. Even when I tried on many pairs of glasses because I’m so indecisive, she did not once make me feel rushed or I was wasting her time. I will definitely return here for all my vision needs!

Have been coming here for 3 years and always have a great experience. The plus for me is that I am in and out of the office on time so that I can take the appointment during or before work and not miss half my day like I would with a medical appointment. Everyone is nice and always explains things. Love getting text message updates about when I’m due for my appointment.

These doctors and nurses are very nice and so professional. I am very happy that I went here to get my eyes checked. Very happy!

This is my 2^nd visit with Dr Nicole Yontz and I cannot say enough about the friendly and respectful service I received. Dr. Yontz took the time to allow me to describe my symptoms and then educated me on the why and how we will manage it. From the examining room to the front area. Dr Yontz’s Optician Menchie worked her magic in finding me a pair of frames for my high negative prescription. my budget and my face shape. I’ll be back in 7 days to pick up my new sunglasses. Honest and knowledgeable service

It’s just like any other optometrist office. The people in the front try to upsell and make you buy things you don’t need. The only thing pleasant was my doctor, Dr. Smith. The guy who did my eye tests looked like a little kid, the whole time I was wondering if he was even qualified to be messing with my eyes. If given another chance I wouldn’t have gone here.

After being a customer of those ‘1 hour glasses’ places for over 10 years, I thought it was time to get a legit exam. The doctor was amazing and thorough and I left feeling good about my eye health. I ended up buying 3 pairs of glasses, they were patient and honest about how they looked, if they worked or not and I felt no pressure at any time. Awesome selection of both high end fashion frames and affordable frames. I’ll be back every year.

After years using same formula for my contacts lenses have to make an appointment for a new one because my eyes changes. Did my research online and call about 20 different optical offices. Vanessa at Optic Gallery was the only one to offer and talk to me about a trial pair before make decisions about my new bifocal lenses. This and the reasonable price they offer move me to make and appointment. Glad I did because when I went to the location on Decatur found a nice attention from the girls on the desk and no waiting time for my schedule appointment.
After this Dr. Kelli really take care about every aspect of my concerns to clear any questions and explanations about my eyes situation.
By the other side I got a great price in comparison with the service I received here and the other different optical business which I call before and not only were more expensive but they talk to me about money.
What a pleasant service and great deal with this Optic Gallery keeping on mind I don’t have insurance. I Higltly recommend.

I’m so glad this business reached out to me to make amends. I am now getting a correct pair of my glasses with the upgrades I was willing to pay for for free. thank you so much. it’s good to see that this places customer service was more than willing to make amends. I’m getting my line free scratch and glare resistant progressives for no charge. I can’t thank you enough for correcting this mistake.

Needed a last minute appt for two and was able to schedule it for the next day. Quick service, no waiting. All the ladies there were sweet and very helpful. Great customer service, even my husband commented on it. Was hesitant to order glasses as we all know how costly it can get… But they do have reasonable prices and a great selection. Will definitely go back!

The place is clean and the ladies here are so helpful! Especially the lady that fix eyeglasses (I didn’t catch her name sorry) She worked with our payments since we were on Medicaid and did not have the total payment out of pocket. we paid half and half will be due when we pick up my eyeglasses! Fast, straightforward service! We will go there again!

I wasn’t even seen. When I called the office to let them know I would possibly be 10minutes late due to an accident on Decatur, I was told that it’s fine. But upon arrival, the receptionist promptly said, «you can’t be seen today, because we are too booked. How’s the 27^th?» I responded with my apology regarding my arrival, but also added that I need to be examined sooner because the headaches from my squinting are becoming unbearable. All to which she stated, «So you’re seeing another doctor?»
Her crassness and obvious annoyance just pissed me off. When I walked in she was talking about how badly she needed to replace a rhinestone on her nail. Never going there.

The app says no appointment needed but when I walked in that’s the first thing they ask. They were saying they were busy but the people in the back didn’t have anything just talking about last night. Well I wish them luck because I know I won’t be coming back hope no one else has this experience.

From the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out, I was very pleased with their service. The receptionist, to the assistant, to Dr. Smith herself; everyone made me feel like a valued customer.
Came in for a super duper long overdued general eye exam. Her assistant was very thorough with me and explained what each machine does. Dr. Smith was also thorough and took her time with me on my eye exam. She was patient when I had questions.
I had some specific frames I had in mind but this Optic Gallery does not carry that style. So the receptionist was kind enough to call another location and asked if they carried the brand.
