Had a good experience with the staff here. Great looking boutique and knowledgable staff. This was my first time visiting this particular store and was looking towards upgrading my current panerai given they now make there own in house movements. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the particular model in stock. However, will definitely be back during my next trip here.

After getting unceremoniously dumped after a 2.5 year relationship, I figured it was time to purchase the Panerai that I always wanted (and she hated). I happen to be in Vegas last weekend for some post-​relationship fun and stopped by the Panerai store at the Forum Shops. What a great experience. Gari and the other gentleman there were friendly, helpful, patient, and lacking any of the aloofness you often find at high end boutiques. It was such a contrast to the crap customer service from the San Diego Tourneau store that I visited the week before. Although I had to pay full retail, it was well worth getting the watch I wanted. Kudos to Panerai, you got a customer for life.

Came here looking for a watch that just came out but of course it’s not available! Jo took great care of me and my wife. Took the time and explained a few tid bits about each watch to us. Didn’t walk out with a watch today but will sure come back to visit when in town!
