The selection was comparable to other New York and Company stores. I managed to find a great cocktail dress for only $ 15 and a cute watch for $ 11. As a young adult working on building a professional wardrobe, their prices and selection are like music to my ears. Compared to previous Unilocalers, I guess I lucked out with the great sales associates I managed to work with. All in all, it’s a solid NY&Co. You may have to search through the many options to find a great deal, but it definitely is worth it.

This store really sucks because they don’t sell work pants options. Only one «pull on type». Sales girl said its because they don’t make enough sales or something. Well that certainly won’t help! They had full stock of horrible holiday dresses though!

This store is horrible stock is always low and the woman inside named «Christine» was worthless she wasn’t very motivated to help me at all for what I was looking for and just kept acting as if she was busy because she didn’t want to be bothered to help me. When it arrive there were people at the register checking out and she couldn’t even greet me and say hello or welcome nothing before leaving the store I asked her who’s the manager of this store. She said me!!! Unbelievable she’s a a manger that so sad to see that you would expect a lot more from a manger… I will not be back to this location!!!

Went in last night to look around while a friend tried on. There were only 2 other customers in the store at the time. You’d think that with 3 sales people on staff that we’d get better customer service, but this was not the case. When it was time to try on there was no one to show us to the fitting room and were told to just take anyone that was open while one girl was re-​hanging and folding clothes the other discussed her last manicure & how her nail polish was chipping. The fitting rooms were the kind with the dry erase boards so the fitting room attendant could write the customer’s name and be able to identify them should they need another size or color, so that clued me in that they normally do have someone that should be monitoring the fitting room and not telling the customers to just «take anyone that’s open». Very disappointing customer service.
