This was disappointing. Where to begin? My nephew has came here a couple of times first time was with Will, he was ok. Second time Jock took care of him and it was good. Then today, he didn’t even get a hair cut. We waited 45 min because supposedly the barber said«I have 3 people in front of you». I was like ok cool that’s fine. They were seating and waiting in the chairs with us. That’s understandable, but then friends I’m guessing show up. The barber looks over and tells me that, they were actually first and that I should come back when its closing time. Are you serious? He has the audacity to tell me to come when the mall will be completely closed… WTF is that about? Anyways, like I have read in previous reviews, if I wasn’t a customer or at least my nephew, that they didn’t want to take care of don’t beat around the bush and be up front with it. Don’t be Giving me the runaround about how much time I have to wait, when mostly likely you don’t even want me to be there. It’s just unbelievable making a kid not feel good enough to receive a hair cut.

Been here since 4:15. It’s now 6:22.and still no haircut. .Seems like you do have to know the people to get in. Must have been at least 15 people that showed up and got in for a cut… bad system here. maby not come back

Ok I’ll start with the positive, the haircut I got was fantastic from jock, lined me up perfect. The literal 4 hour wait I had before I got it though was a little irritating, turns out I guess I was paying hourly cause they hit me with the 40 dollar price tag at the end. Shame that such a talented works at such a scam of a shop. They really dropped the ball like the player whom the shop is named for.

My haircut spot in Las Vegas. My barber(Will) takes care of me every single time I’ve been in this place. I have literally never had a bad haircut from this guy. I cannot speak for any of the other barbers, but Will knows how to cut hair. The only problem I’ve had is the sometimes hideously long wait times for hair a hair cut. Well worth the wait though. Stick around, watch sports and just hang out until you’re next. A very good haircut awaits you.

Never actually got in. Waited for a while for them to open. One other customer waiting with me. Store opens up on time. In the meantime, apparently friends of the workers, join the line… Or rather skip the line and go in ahead. That’s fine if they’re friends or have appointments but at least have the courtesy say hello and recognize my presence. Perhaps, advise me that will be with me in a minute, or something else to make me feel that I matter. I decided it was better to just leave. I guess I just don’t fit into the customer they want to serve. That’s fine by me I’ll go elsewhere

I’ve been waiting to write this review in hopes of finding something nice to say. Let’s just say that the stylist, Julia Williams, and Murray’s is the reason that I will never walk into a salon again! I had taken my hair out of individual braids, which left my hair was extremely tangled and matted. I had just had surgery and didn’t have the strength to do it myself, so I called Murray’s and spoke to Julia. I explained to Julia the state of my hair, and she agreed to do it. Julia began by combing my hair with no regard to the point that I started crying. I told her it hurt, and she still proceeded to roughly handle my hair. After detangling, she applied a relaxer to my hair. I received a huge chemical burn, which is probably a result from the trauma that she referred to as detangling. She did what she calls a porosity treatment(sit me under a dryer for an hour with a rinse out conditioner), but in actuality she just wanted to buy herself time as she had overbooked herself. Afterwards, she continued to rake through my hair with no regard while it was soaking wet. After blow drying Julia claimed to be trimming my split ends, but did so in only about three snips and proceeded to flat iron. At the end, I realized by hair was about 3 inches shorter and I had suffered a ton a breakage due to her lack of care. I didn’t realize the true state of my hair until after I had washed it. The relaxer was not applied properly, and there are huge patches of hair that are underprocessed. This is probably due to the fact that Julia was too busy chatting away instead of paying attention to my hair. I called the salon and spoke to the manager, Chris. He told me he’d get back to me the next day, but he didn’t. I called him back, he put me on hold and passed the phone to Julia. Julia was full of excuses, most notably that my hair is incapable of taking a relaxer. I’ve been getting relaxers for 26 years with no issues. She offered to do another porosity treatment and flat iron my hair, but those things would do nothing to mend the underprocessing. I spent two years growing my hair, and in two hours this girl ruined it. I am devastated and disgusted.
