I’m new in town. this place came up on Google. I went there for pipe tobacco. well stocked, but what a disappointment when I was told they would not sell anything less than an oz. of pipe tobacco. I wanted to try several ones. the guy working said he would not cause it throw off their wight. what a joke. now the humidor, an even bigger joke. one of the worst cigar selection I have ever seen. did not buy anything. this place is more of a bong shop that happens to sell tobacco. instead went to the tobacco leaf about 2 miles away. 100% better there. Beautiful lounge.

I stop in for the occasional cigar, I’m a fan of the drew estates but they are way to high at this chain. Java’s are $ 12 or $ 14 a stick. The selection is fair and I’ve found several $ 3 to $ 4 sticks that I really like. Don’t forget to remind the clerk that 5 cigars gets you a 15% discount. Unless you wanna drive all the way to the Paiute shop where u can get the javas for $ 8 a stick this is the most reasonable spot if you’re on the NW side of town.

Went in buy a gift for a friend coming to town. I ended up being absolutely stunned at the excellent service I received from Eric, the clerk working there. He was happy to explain the products to someone that was not familiar and patient to answer the questions. Mr. Bill, you have a good employee here. I suggest you do what’s necessary to retain his services long term. It could mean the difference of your business. If I ever find myself in the need to purchase type of products again I will head straight in to see Eric at Mr. Bill’s.

Went in just to look around and possibly purchase a cigarillo for the first time. The gentleman working was very helpful and nice. No pressure yet very informative when needed. And perfectly located 5 mins away from home.

Occasionally, I afford myself the luxury of a cigar. I used to smoke a lot(upwards of 10 cigars/week), but now it’s more like 1 or 2 per week. Anyway, this Mr. Bills is very close to my house, and very convenient for a quick stop to buy a cigar. I’ve been there at least 20 times. They’ve recently changed their staff, and the new staff is very polite, unobtrusive, yet eager to help if asked(the old staff was just as good). The cigar prices are reasonable, and dirt-cheap when compared to those sold on the strip. The selection is good, but not great. Sometimes they are out of a particular brand for weeks. Of course, each Mr. Bills can see the inventory of the other stores, so if they don’t have what I want, they can direct me to another store that has some, but I’ll never drive across town just to buy a cigar. They have hookas, blown-glass pipes, chewing tobacco, and everything that your usual smoke shop should have. I never buy any of the above items, but they are appealing to look at. So, overall, I’m a fan.
