My family of 8 recently made reservations to stay there for four nights during the Thanksgiving holiday. Reservations were made for 3 rooms. I have never been so disappointed there were so many things that were wrong. My son checked in first with me Wednesday the 25th. We got adjoining rooms. I was in the room with my 2 granddaughters. Around 12:30 we decided to call it a night. When I pulled down the bedding there was blood on the sheets. Apparently the sheets were never changed, I don’t know what else wasn’t done. I can’t even express how bad that was. They came and changed the sheets. My son kept his room. I decided I could not stay there another day so I checked out. My daughter and son in law checked in late that night and got a beautiful suite. Later that night, due to a leak they had to be moved. A day later my son and his wife also had to move due to water leaking thru the ceiling. They sat in the room for quite a while waiting to be moved. We paid a lot of money to the Mirage thinking we would have a great rooms at a beautiful resort. We also paid your resort fees. For what? The pool is closed, we paid extra for the secret garden. I have never stayed at Mirage before and am not sure any of us will again this is really unacceptable. What is going on there??? Update Jan 2nd … I sent an email to their customer care team. After getting a little bit of a run around I did hear from a manager. Bottom line she’s sorry but they had talked to my family members when each event happened and they seemed ok. IF we stay there again she will personally make sure everything runs smoothly. Left me feeling a little flat and I don’t really think spending hundreds of dollars again just see if it works out is not going to happen! That’s her best offer??? There are to many other choices in Vegas!

Location, Spacious rooms and Greta views! We stayed in Mirage for a day on our visit to Vegas. The premises is amazing from both inside and outside. The Valet parking was free of cost and they bring your luggage to the front desk after parking. The check-in took little bit longer then expected because we had two room and we wanted both rooms with view and the person handling was little bit slow but once we got the room we were pretty happy with then. Our room had spectacular view of Paris casino(Eiffel tower) and pool. the room was pretty spacious and were tastefully decorated. We were even able to increase our check out time to 12 pm upon request. The casino was great with friendly dealers and lots of options for slot machines. I was bit disappointed because they didn’t have quick roulette but other that over all experience was good. The drink service was quick and good which was a plus as compared to hooters casino or new York casino. The pool was huge, full of fountains and facing the Eiffel tower. Overall it was very good value for money and we will definitely go back.

Incredible customer service! We had a problem at the Mirage Buffet(the bartender spilled wine on me, said he’d cover the drinks for the rest of the night, then gave us a bill for the drinks). I went to the concierge and the gentleman behind the counter asked what he could help with. I explained what had happened and he told me he was Fran Kallao, Vice President of operations. He promptly apologized for the accident and even more so for the misunderstanding of the drinks charge. He escorted me over to the Front Desk, told them to give me the money we were charged in cash and thanked me for my understanding. He was incredibly polite, very understanding and made me feel like the Mirage would now be a first choice for my stay in Vegas since I know their customer service approach is top quality!
