Not a lot of section to choose from. Employees only greeted people that looked rich and or people they think will spend money lol I was not greeted nor have been acknowledged.
That’s not good customer service guys. I therefore just left.

Overall an awesome experience today at this location!!! Everyone was so friendly and attentive.

The server was terrible!!! Just now I went there bought a handbag for the birthday gift to my mom. I know what I want and go straight to point one of those bag. I said:“I want this one for my mom.” The server said:“oh, that’s good for your mom“I can’t see any smile on her face… and she didn’t even greet me the whole time. When I walk to cashier tried to pay, she said she didn’t had a new, this is the last one. (She didn’t say sorry, didn’t say something like «you can check that first if you want it or tell me more information about the after sale!!) ok, I
said goodby. Nothing!!!. I found out she didn’t even take out the inductor in the handbag!!! If not my mom really like the brand I really don’t want to get there to buy! Terrible! Awful!!!

visited their location around the holidays of 2014 and i was looking for the hard to find red pompom keychain. this location only had one and it was in their window location. i had asked the young guy if i could purchase it but he said i couldnt buy the display. which was so odd because i work for a big retail company and usually we do sell the guest whats in the window or grab their number untill we pulled it out. so i went to every location and they were the only mk store that had it. so i called and asked for their manager and she said they dont sell anything off thw indow because its for display and they have a certain“look” for how the window should look and thats why they cant take it off. i thought it was bullshit because why wouldnt you make a $ 50 sale right then and there??? it was supposed to be 1 of my early bday presents to myself and why i wanted to buy it in store and not online. so i said fuck them and i ordered it online right when i got back to my room. i also complained online but of course no response.
it just makes no damn sense why you cannot sell something off the window if a guest is willing to buy it right then and there with their wallet/​money ready! its like if i really «wanted» to buy a $ 500+ purse from their window per say. so its telling me i cant buy it and give you my money and sales for it??? just because the window has a certain look? bullshit.

I stopped by this MK location on the first day in Vegas and my friend bought a handbag here. We were told that the warranty works internationally. 4 days later I returned with another friend and we both bought the hamilton bags with a lock. We asked 2 of the staff about the warranty of the products and they said that if there were any defects we could exchange in Canada. The cashier also had said the same thing. We only bought from the boutique shop since we thought that it the warranty would be covered internationally. The next morning I noticed some of the material was peeling of the lock when I arrived back in Canada. When I called the Canadian MK shop, they said that we could only exchange bags bought from their locations in Canada. We were lied to and felt cheated and disappointed. The things people do to make a sale.

Great store! The customer service was great. I walked in and she noticed my MK watch and asked me which store I got it at and showed me some other watches and bracelets. I was actually coming in here to look for the MK Suede perfume but they were out and she said it was limited edition. So I ended up leaving with the other watch I wanted and a cute bracelet. I like that Michael Kors has a lot of cute bags, watches and bracelets, and is «affordable» as far as designer brands go. I also don’t like bags with logos like Gucci, Coach, LV, etc. So MK works out great for me majority of the time, and you won’t be dropping $ 1700 for a bag.

Staff was very nice. Im just not feeling the merchandise…

after being in Vegas for 2 days already and seeing all the beautiful ppl with awesome fashion etc. i was itching to buy something nice for myself… a nice purse.
i went to Gucci. nothing popping out at me.
i went to Christian Dior… way too expensive and not a big selection.
i went to LV, nothing new that i wanted to buy.
so we walked it out at the Fashion Mall… why not just drop into Michael Kors. never been there nor have I ever shopped for Michael Kors’ stuff but some of the purses caught my eyes when i was walking by.
went in… had my eyes on this one purse = $ 500…not bad.
eyeing another one…$ 500
and then lastly, this light brown hobo…$ 500 but Sam went to check the price again and it’s 40% off now. WTF. it’s about ¼ of what i was wanting to spend and it was cute w/​what i was wearing too.
then there was a wristlet at $ 34…same collection.
then adding the new sunglasses $ 112.
i was about of there under $ 500…DARN IT but loved every one of the items i bought.
Sam helped me out without pushing anything on me as i was so indecisive and so was my hubby.
i am so hapyp with all the items and am carrying it today :)
