Mgm Grand Skyline Terrace Suite

Stayed here for our anniversary in Oct. The room was very nice with a huge patio. Decore was awesome. One issue was that we could not enjoy our terrace because of a pretty bad moth infestation (outside). When we went to hang out in the patio, there was consistently 50 or so moths flying around. The out door terrace was the main attraction. The only saving grace was that we had so much fun away from the hotel that the time we would have spent on the patio was limited anyway. If not for the moths, which could have been an anomaly, this would be 5 stars easily.

I had three rooms reserved including the Skyline Terrace Suite. The suite was not ready –3PM check in turned out to be a 4:30pm check in. I even gave a hefty tip to the cleaning lady to expedite cleaning the suite so we could relax in that suite after a 9-​hour drive. But the refrigerator was beeping almost all night. Remote controls were not working. Floors were dirty and the couch at the terrace was full of white stuff from a cleaning product. Calling the front desk was useless. They can hardly talk! Spoke to a manager and the compensation was the chance to watch KA. I did not have time to watch the show since I was having company to celebrate my anniversary. They delivered 9 chocolate dipped strawberries and champagne. The maintenance man who fixed the remote controls even told us that that suite should not have been available for checking in because it had too much problem from the night before. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT even with the strawberries and champagne. Paying the price we paid was not worth it!!!

THIS IS FOR CASINO AND HOTEL
This was such a great hotel I thought this was a great hotel for a first trip to Vegas.
I wouldn’t call it luxury service though. I will start off with food, the mall part of the hotel has delicious food! If you like Mexican food go to Diego’s. Now I will go through the sugar shops. M&M world is right next to MGM. I also recommend the sugar factory across from Diego’s. Now the pools. There are 3 pools, lazy river the biggest and the best, the grand pool, the second biggest the least busiest and the refresh pool the smallest.
The casino is really cool I say its really clean. Just remember you cant just hang around the casino while other people play slots. Last but not least the hotels!
The hotels were really nice they had really good maids (TIP THEM WELL)!!!
