My wife and I had an amazing experience at this location. We don’t have great credit but walked away with a high end bed that is the most comfortable bed we have ever owned. The payments are reasonable and Scott took the time to make sure we ended up with the bed that would work best for us because we both suffer from severe back issues. Scott is the man to see and I highly recommend this location! A good nights sleep is worth every penny and great customer service makes it so much sweeter!

My boyfriend and I spent all day shopping for mattresses and as soon as we told Scott what we wanted and within what price range he showed us exactly what we were looking for. Not only does this location have an amazing variety but their customer service cannot be compared to any other. Prices are amazing! Look for Scott! He isn’t just trying to sell a mattress he’s trying to make sure you are happy and comfortable.

I cannot express how happy I am I chose to come to this location. You know that feeling you got when you were a kid and its Christmas eve and you’re so excited for the morning because you’re still filled with that child like awe and wonder that Santa is just going to make everything perfect. Well Scott was Santa and the mattress I got was probably the best gift I’ve gotten in my adult years. He was extremely informative and knowledgeable, my expectations were met above and beyond. If you want your mattress buying experience to remind you of your child hood Christmases then I highly suggest seeking out Scotts guidance.

We stopped into this store a month or two earlier, and spoke with Ricky. We checked a few other product lines, but when it came time to buy we knew where to go. Ricky is knowledgable about his product, but what sets him apart is that it’s obvious his first concern is making sure he understands what the customer needs ad helping the make a decision they will be happy with for years to come. We purchased a Black Platinum Hybrid mattress and adjustable frame, and are satisfied that we got a good value for our money. We will recommend this store, and this salesman, to everyone we know!

Let me just start off by saying, Ricky, thank you again. «Welcome to Mattress Firm», instantly as soon as I stepped inside. I thought to myself, that’s different. My intention was of course to purchase my very own mattress. But since it was my first time, I had no idea where to start. Fortunately, after explaining to Ricky what I wanted, he interpreted everything with accuracy to meet my needs. He went over color codes that helped me narrow my selection etc. I didn’t know it could get so deep. Long story short, I ended up purchasing my first mattress thanks to Ricky. I was in there for awhile but he made me feel very relaxed and entertained. He elevated my experience and gave me a pretty damn good deal too. If it’s the best deal in town, I wouldn’t be surprised. More than stellar customer service from Arij today! He was super friendly and informative from beginning to end.
I came in just to window shop and plan ahead for what I thought would be a pricey purchase but ended up leaving with a World Class Beautyrest rectangular cloud of comfort, delivered the very next day.

I came in here looking for a new mattress last Saturday. My old mattress was only four years old but broke down after a mere six months. This time I was going to do it right and pay a little more for better quality. After all, I spend easily 8 hours in it each night. 12 hours if you count TV time. Its worth the that extra cash to be comfortable. Anyhow, I came to this store and was greeted and assisted my Alexander, the manager. He was knowledgeable and did not try to upsell me on a mattress that was so far out of my price range that I would have had to laugh my way right out the door. Like the $ 7K beds that I saw when I first walked in. In fact, I joked that those were out of my budget at this time. He said they were for him too. Good to know. What I did have, if not a high budget, was a sales flier and an idea. He showed me exactly what I was looking for and before too long I settled on a good mattress for a good sale price. Add in tax and cost of delivery and the wind was knocked out of my sails just a little. I kept reminding myself of the hole I had been calling a mattress for the last four years. I turned down Alexander on a high price mattress protector and planned for a visit to a store more within my budget. So I paid and scheduled for delivery to be between 12:00 and 3:00 Thursday afternoon. Flash forward to Thursday and my delivery came in at 12:05. How often does that happen? Rarely in my experience. So for friendly and helpful service and on-​time delivery, good job Mattress Firm.

This was the 1^st store we went to in our quest to purchase 2 beds. Buying a new bed, IMO, is a very daunting task. SO glad we happen to choose this store because Josh, the salesperson, was not only knowledgable, but friendly and had a good sense of humor. We ended up buying 2 beds.
