MAC Cosmetics

Every Mac employee has been so rude and if you ask any questions about make up they make you feel stupid & you’re wasting their time. The only time I ever got great service was from the girls at fashion show. I went to Mac at meadows mall to find my shade for the prolong concealer because I heard how good it is the guy working took one glance at my light completion & said «we don’t have your color» as a salesmen wouldn’t you at least try to find a similar match or point me to another concealer? Not just turn the sale away. I was planning on buying quite a bit that day but they just lost the sale. Mac would be so much more successful if they had more caring employees that we’re passionate about their job. Instead they rather do each others make up.

I really wish I could give negative stars. The first time I went in to look for faux lipstick the first employee was polite and said she didn’t know if they had it in Stock so she asked a lady I’m assuming was her manager she walked up to me and told me in the rudest tone «you want what?» I told her faux lipstick she asked if it was limited edition I told her no its a permanent shade she looked at me like I was the biggest idiot in the world and in the most condescending tone said «we don’t have a lipstick called that» at this point I was over it and didn’t want to give them my business so I just left I know for a fact faux is a permanent shade and even if you weren’t sure maybe look it up and don’t talk to me like I’m stupid. The second time I went thinking maybe someone else is there and I don’t feel like driving to another store so again I went in to buy fix+ and started looking at the lipsticks of course the same woman comes up to help me I gave her the benefit of the doubt because I know retail isn’t easy and everyone has their days I told her I wanted a brownish pink color that wasn’t very dark she showed me two that were more beige and I told her I wanted it a little darker she gave me the dirtiest look and said again very rudely «that color doesn’t exist you’re going to have to just sit here and try out the lipsticks let me know if you need anything» and literally left the counter she didn’t walk over to another area she left the counter entirely I bought the fix+ because I needed it and left. If she is the manager I feel so bad for the staff she seems like a terrible person to be around.

If you come here bring a chair you will wait at least 20 minutes or so. Oh and let me tell you they. Do not acknowledge customer we have to flag them down. I mean I get it if you’re short staffed but at least say hi I will be right with you instead of walking by like 10 times and maybe a smile won’t hurt. I try to avoid this place by all means.

If you ever come here be prepared to wait 20 minutes with no greeting or assistance!!! Came in and no one seemed to bother to ask if I needed anything. I was fed up so went up to one of the girls doing makeup on someone and said «oh one of the others could get it» which to I responded «well then who CAN help me?!» She said it would be a couple of minutes rudely dismissing me. Finally someone came up to me. Rather take the extra 20 minutes to drive down to miracle mile where they actually help you!

Went in today to get my make up done for a photo shoot for my husband’s and I Christmas cards. Made a last minute appointment which they were able to accommodate. Dustin was my make up artist, and he did such an amazing job, my make up looked flawless and I got so many compliments, plus he explained everything he as using and why. Would definitely recommend and I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Wrote on here before, terrible customer service, I belive this is the only Mac in city that they just don’t give a crap, very rude, look at u waiting don’t say «I’ll be right w u» I was their just to get my two products, and was ignored then the lady that was cashing someone out looked at me and said I’ll be back and took off… wtf I aske the other girl that took someone before me that arrived after if she was coming back. She’s like I don’t know, but I’ll be w u when I’m done. I couldn’t belive it … Never ever ever again. I don’t care how convientient it is.

Worst customers service I have even received in my life. I arrived knowing exactly what I wanted, stood by the product while the «employees «walked by me without offering me assistance. One was working on a customer’s makeup while the other who I later found out was the manager worked on someone elses. I waited patiently for 20 minutes till my newborn started crying. My five year old asking how come no one wanted to help us. Upset I finally found my husband in the store and told him I wanted to go without the product I had went to the mall for. My husband then angrily walked up to the manager and told her I had been waiting around forever and just simply needed to be rung up. The person who she was working on turned out to be another employee who then rung me up. Apparently working on each others faces is more important than helping paying customers. Will never return here.

Horrible customer service!!!
The only reason I come here is because it’s the closest location to me.
EVERY «employee» that works here really sucks! No one bothers to see if you need help. there’s not a designated person in front to handle transactions so you have to wait. I rather drive an extra 25 minutes then to deal with there employees uselessness.
The company needs to check on these employees. Fire ALL of them, and hire people that actually give a crap about there customers

so I was here on a Saturday around 1pm & I have never experienced bad customer service from MAC like I did that day. They were pretty busy that day, so I waited by the counter patiently, I wasn’t in a rush. Two of the employees were standing there talking to eachother didn’t bother to see if any customers where being helped. & one of the employees was dressed pretty provacative. I thought she was a customer but I saw her MAC pin & she was behind the counter. She was wearing booty shorts & a tank top showing some cleavage & some axx, I didn’t think that was quite appropriate for «work» especially here cause I know MAC has pretty high standards with the employees dress code from what I’ve seen @ other MAC stores. Anyways, this other lady comes up & goes «did you need anything?» no greeting no nothing, I told her what I needed which was pro longwear nc30 & she goes «what?! which one» & looks @ me with a face like «are you dumb, which one do you need yr wasting my time» I was kinda shocked @ how rude she responded back to me. They are so ghetto in here!!! So I told her foundation, I just wanted to get my makeup and leaaaaveee!

Poor customer service. Waited around to purchase and no one even bothered to say hello. I ended up just walking out.

Well I tried to call to see what store they’re in «which I know is normally a Macy’s or Dillard’s» and not one answer. Hopefully the customer service isn’t this poor in person!

I came in to get some new makeup. I hate looking around and would rather have somebody tell me what’s best I use but of course I had to ask someone for help after five minutes of looking with no greeting. Finally I asked someone for help, (she didn’t give me her name) but ended up being very helpful and honest about my choices. I did tell her that I wanted to buy more than I wanted after trying some stuff on, but she suggested I wear what I had on to see how I liked it for the rest of the night before I made a huge purchase. This I didn’t mind at all and was super appreciative of her!
BTW, this MAC is inside Macy’s instead of Dillard’s.

So I ended up wanting to look like a fairy for my Christmas party, why? only God knows himself. I decided to get my makeover from l MAC … Something I just do because I’m about ready to buy product anyway, so like a crazy person I explained to Taylor… I want to be like Tinkerbell. Glitter, colors and all. HA I guess she got it!

It was a cross between the sugar plum fairy and that hooker from True Blood, Sookie right?
