First of all I wouldn’t give any stars for this place. I called a week prior to my visit to set up a storage unit. The lady on the phone said it was $ 34.50 for the first 3
Months on special with a $ 25 admin fee and $ 14 for the lock. Still was a good deal.
Then I arrived and the guy behind the desk said there is another month fee of $ 30 per month for «protection». Sounded like an old mobster…
Don’t waste your time. This place is shady! Go with a respectable company.

We rented a 20ft U-​Haul Truck from here and our experience here was pretty good. We reserved online, made a change from a 20 ft truck down to a 17 ft truck and then back to a 20 ft truck with any problems. When we went to pick up the truck it was waiting for us. Our truck rental was a one way trip to the Phoenix area. The two guys behind the counter were nice and friendly. No problems encountered.

I started using this place before it was Life Storage for over a year. The management wasn’t terrible back then. It is horrible now. They keep raising the cost of unit every other month by themselves. I started renting the unit out at 99/​month and last month they tried charging 159. What a joke. This place also has rats in it now. RAT SHIT along the sides and corners of the storage unit. It made me waste a weekend to move my stuff to the storage place around the corner on Russell. Also the heavier-​set man (Marshall I think) is unprofessional and rude.

Worst Service Ever… Didn’t catch the guy behind the counter name, But he was on the Heavier Side. Sum up my experience I called earlier around 12pm never a call back so I showed up around 5, and again the BIGGER GENTLEMAN WAS TO BUSY ORGANIZING HIS MAGIC PLAYING CARDS, seemed like i was an inconvenience for him asked about renting a truck that was literally out the door with a full fleet of trucks and I was told, you gotta go online to reserve and that was all the info i got. I instantly changed my mind and took my business elsewhere. Hope He reads this good luck in life VIRGIN FUCKBOY!
