Yesterday I lock out from my house and I open the Yellow Pages a call liberty lock and key Joseph came over unlocked my house make me a new key for my lock and charge me only $ 75.00
I’m happy !!!

They don’t even deserve the one star I gave them. They are so unprofessional, the lock smith showed up in no uniform, no car, no nothing. I had found them on
that said it would be $ 14 for the service call and $ 25 to unlock so a total of $ 39. He said he could unlock the car for $ 179 and a service charge of $ 49 so a total of $ 228. I told him he didn’t have to unlock the car because I was not paying that when I was under the impression is was paying $ 39. He continued to tell me that it wasn’t my fault that I didn’t know the price and he had never heard of this website. He ended up unlocking the car for $ 50 and literally not even 2 seconds after he unlocked it, the car alarm still going off and everything he asked if he could have his money now because he had somewhere to be. I told him we wanted to speak to a manager so he called his boss and his boss continued to yell at me saying he didn’t understand what the website was and he didn’t understand. We hung up the phone and as we were getting in the car the locksmith walked around and took pictures of my license plate. In no way, shape or form is that expectable or the slightest bit of professional. They suck and I will never be calling them again and I will also spread the word so my friends know not to use this horrible unprofessional mediocre company.

Called to change a mail box since we lost our key turns out the mail lady had it. The guy got to our home at the same time as the mail lady and charged us a «service call» of $ 59. I get it they came to our home and we didn’t need the service anymore but charge us $ 60 when you were going to charge $ 69 to change it is crap. Not a good way to run a business. We used them in the past but will never use them again. This situation left a bad taste in our mouth. I would have paid something but $ 60 is ridiculous.

Unprofessional! Doesn’t even deserve one star. This business should be shit down! First off, the guy took an hour to show up when he estimated on the phone it would be about 20 minutes. He conducted business completely unprofessionally, no uniform, no business cards, not even receipts! He was a scam artist described at best! He charged $ 200 to open my car, something a tow service would have charged $ 80. He took advantage of me and intimidated me to pay this price. He pulled my credit card straight out of my hand!!! I didn’t receive a receipt or anything, he had his car blocking mine until the transaction cleared then he sped away. The most shady, unprofessional experience I’ve ever encountered. I suggest to anyone in my situation, to just call a tow truck

Owner of the business hung up on me in the middle of speaking. I called him back to ask why he would hang up on a customer while they were speaking and he acted like he had no idea what I was talking about, like it had never happened. Bad business practice. Will not be using their services.

Quoted me $ 15 for the service call to cut a lock off my storage unit (key broke inside lock) shows up and plugs electric saw in and right before he cut the lock he said it will be $ 135 plus $ 15 service call, $ 150 for 10 min worth of time to cut one lock off, RIP OFF!!! Then didn’t take credit cards and followed me to Atm, will never use again, call master lock and key next time.

I had a great experience with the service from ben with Liberty Lock & Key. Fast service, more than a reasonable price (beat the dealership price by far) to cut and program a new key and they came to me, that way i didn’t have the expense of a tow. I would use them again and recommend them to others.
