I had a phone call from Mark. He told me I could return the defective device. Thankfully someone understood our situation. Defective device is now being returned. We had just a small hassle this time. Glad to get this resolved!

Call me before I got here to make sure they had an LED bulb for my pool I came over but they did not match the price they did on the phone. I live in North Las Vegas and I found this a difficult place to find. Don’t trust Google Maps.

Aaron was very helpful in explaining our pool’s issues. We are trying to do all of our service ourselves due to the fact that finding a pool service company that does a good job has proven to be impossible. Leslies is more expensive than NPS, but we will return to this store for the excellent service.
