Wanted to update my review. Susan contacted us a few times with updates, and the bed was ready ahead of schedule. Wild West handled the delivery, and there was seamless communication between both businesses. The delivery schedule was between 1 and 3, and the Wild West delivery crew was at the house ready to setup at 1:30.
They were professional, organized, and quickly installed our new Latex bed. By 2:15 they were on their way. Not a single mistake, no damage, no errors. Perfect install.
When you spend this kind money, not only do you get a great product, you get great service. Well worth every penny.
