Love shopping here for all the holidays. They also carry loads of religious/​spiritual articles, pictures etc etc. the staff is great. If what you want is not at this location they’ll help you find it or order it online and delivered to you address. Only drawback is only 2cashiers, and it’s always busy!!! Also love having membership discounts, veterans discount and get to spin at store on iPhone for additional discount. Sales items are great too.

A poor initial experience at another Kirkland’s almost turned me off from the company entirely. I am thankful a friend convinced me to come to this Kirkland’s to help her shop for some new kitchen décor. I ended up walking out with twice as much stuff as she did!
Kirkland’s sells mostly home décor and furnishings, as well as some cute things suitable for gifts. The merchandise is inexpensive, but decently-​made. On my last visit I scored an adorable storage shelf, originally $ 100, marked down to $ 49, and I was able to use a coupon to make it $ 35.
I have had exceptional service when I have come here. I’ve had no issues finding an employee to answer questions or offer assistance. Be sure to sign up for their ‘K Club’, where you get special offers emailed to you and rewards based on how much you spend in store and online!

Cool store, lots of neat stuff but unfortunately the customer service is very very poor. We found a table we liked, took it to the register. 2 ladies behind the register both helping one guy, one lady looked at me but never said a word just put her head down to try and not make eye contact.
Neither one said we will be right with you, nothing. We finally decided to put the table back and go next door to Pier 1 and look at tables.
On our way out the door the ladies were done with the one guy they were helping and still never said a word to us. I guess there is no need to go back to that store.

Terrible customer service! There were at least 4 employees working while their store had perhaps 3 customers and none of them greeted us or even acknowledged our presence. Some of the employees walked right past me and acted like I was in there way when I was looking at an item. I’ve never been to a Kirkland’s with bad customer service until today. Makes me want to never step foot in a Kirkland’s again.
Oh and the potpourri smell in there is so strong. I kept sneezing because of the overwhelming smell.

Great store, lots of cool things, so why the 1 star? THE SMELLLLLLLLLLLLLLL. OH MY GOODNESS. INSTANT INSTANT MIGRAINE UPON WALKING IN. I MEAN INSTANT! I feel like Im being poisoned literally, my body starts to shut down, my head starts to ache, I start coughing. I honestly dont know how ANYONE can come in this store and NOT be bothered by the smell. I mean its that strong and bad. Its like perfumes and insense shoved in a tiny space. I cnlan almost taste it. I cant even look around because the smell is that bad. How do they even work there? Cant be safe… They need to fix this FAST or provide GAS MASKS UPON ENTRY! Other than that service is eh blah.

When it comes to home items this place is heaven! They have the most gorgeous canvases for a reasonable price. If you are just going to pick out great home décor than 5 stars. If you’re going there for great home décor AND great customer services then it’s probably not your place. I work in customer service so I know how important it is and I examine it everywhere I go. I felt like a burden being in this store. I was almost run down by the associates without an apology for almost knocking me over. When I went to check out I stood up there for several minutes before anyone gave me the time of day and when they did approach me it made me feel like walking out and saying never mind I don’t wanna bother you. No guest of a store should ever feel like that. As much as I love shopping at Kirklands I do believe the customer service alone made up my mind of not shopping there anymore :(

There’s all kinds of home décor to suit your style.
Shabby Chic, Whimsy, Vintagey, Contemporary, Country, Beachy and all very peachy!
Lots of wall art, floral arrangements, candles, distressed furninshings. Good ideas for diy projects. I like the mason jars wrapped in burlap. This place is Pinterest in real life!
Pretty affordable too. Shockingly cheaper than the more popular speciality home décor store right next to the place.
Lots of scented potpourris, sachets and candles. The whole store permeates of it. Although I think it’s kind of overpowering when you first walk in.
This store is new opened 4 months. Retail space is good size and well stocked.
Even more savings when you sign up for their rewards program. Also be on the lookout for coupons.
Sales staff is pleasant and helpful.
I think design junkies will be pleased with this place. I was!
