Service is great! The ladies were very nice and service was quick. My boyfriend and I came here for lunch and were able to take advantage of their lunch special. We ordered the kimchi fried rice and the spicy tuna and spicy salmon rolls. Nothing stellar about the rolls just good ol’ simple rolls. The meal also came with miso soup and salad for the both of us. Their kimchi fried rice was really good(even though I’m not a fan of Kimchi). We actually had enough to be able to take half of the fried rice home and I don’t know why but it tasted even better as leftovers! Will definitely be coming back here the next time I have a fried rice craving :)

3 for now, I’d like to come back, several other options I’d like to try. Maybe I’ll bump to a 4 star. I had jumping Kimchi noodles with pork. I had the thick noodles. 1st bite threw me off, but after that it was really good. Nice mellow spice to it. My girlfriend had teriyaki salmon bowl with brown rice and steamed veggies. We also got a tasty miso soup on the side. I didn’t try hers, but presentation was nice, she said it was good.

I’ve never been to a place like this in Vegas. Was super far from my house but why not go on a mission to a new food place? You order first then sit wherever you want and you get your own drinks and then they bring you your food. We had a spider roll first which was pretty good, could have been a little more flavorful. Then our crab rice bowls arrived and it smelled amazing. Couldn’t wait to dig in. It’s a very good portion for what you pay, lots of meat not like other places where they barely give you any. I couldn’t even finish it all so of course I took it to go! I will be back!

Service is great and friendly and the food is awesome. If you prefer noodles over rice then i suggest thick noodles. They are juicy and taste fresh. I tired the thin noodles but they seemed a little dry for my taste. Also the cucumber island roll is just amazeballs. Love coming here for a quick bite.

This is a nice place for lunch. I got the rollercoaster sushi and lunch special jumping shrimp rice. Food is well seasoned. The miso soup is really really good. Service is friendly and prices are affordable.

This place gave us food poisoning! We went to this place last night and an hour after we left my mother felt sick and started throwing up, then 30 minutes later it hit me worse throw up. And I’ll spare you the details, same to my husband and step father. We ate something bad, we had tiger roll, Alaska roll, poke salad and cucumber island. I wish this place would just give us our money back we spent like $ 70, just to get sick!

This only thing wrong with this place is the name. Jumping Rice and Rolls. why? I had driven by this place many times, and honestly the reason I didn’t go in was because it gave me the impression of a place with too much carbs. I went in for lunch because a friend suggested it and didn’t want to say no. I’m glad to say I was blown away! The servers are really accommodating. You can tell the quality of the food is high and the price is low. Nothing on their menu is over $ 9 and their lunch specials are $ 7. They have sushi although I didn’t not have the sushi. Absolutely the best fried rice in Vegas. They make it fresh and give you the option of white or brown rice, the cucumber salad was delicious and topped with crab flakes. I assumed it was imitation crab and when I asked I was surprised when the server said it was real crab. I’m looking forward to experimenting more of their menu.

I’ll make this short and simple: I come here because it’s close to the 215/Flamingo LVAC. If you need carbs, nearly everything has rice. If you want omega-3s, opt for sushi; if you want protein, get a rice bowl; and vegetarians have a few options, too. And if you’re on a budget, they have lunch specials $ 6 – 9 until 3PM. I come for the sushi, and get one of their riceless rolls. Frankly, I’m surprised they have any(given the name), but you’re limited to three options: volcano(fried roll, which I don’t do), cucumber crush(spicy), or cucumber island(favorite). Almost all special rolls are a flat $ 9, or they have a lunch with two basic rolls for the same price. This spot is usually pretty empty, but always clean. Service is fine, takeout is ready fast. It’s not stellar sushi, but for the convenience and freshness, the price is right.

I love this place! Spicy monster roll is my fave, but i always get it to go so that the spicy sauce is on the side and i get to control how much i want to use of it.

Out of all the places we visited for meals while in Vegas, the 3 cheapest places had the best food. This place was found thanks to wonderful Unilocal reviews. This place seemed clean and had a nice décor. The girl behind the counter was sweet and attentive. The menu had so many choices, it took my Wife and I about 15 min to make a decision. I ordered a spider roll and a rice bowl w pork belly(yeah, now I have your attention). The spider roll was HUGE, nicely presented and very tasty. The rice bowl was also a HUGE portion, it was a rd under seasoned which was fixes w/a nice drizzle of siracha. My wife ordered a Philly roll and a middle bowl w chicken. The roll was big and loaded w salmon, the noodle bowl was also a big portion. Bc we were unaware of the portion sizes we also ordered some gyoza to share as an app. After woofing them down, then each of our rolls, we barely made a dent in our main dishes, not to worry, we brought them home and had them for dinner. Great place, service, food and prices. Check them out.

Quick and good! It’s like aloha kitchen. You order at the register and then sit down and wait for your food. I ordered the mixed poki salad. It came with both salmon and tuna for a reasonable portion. The fish was fresh and tastes great! I didn’t like how salty it was but the wasabi helped balance it. My man ordered the beef teriyaki and that was pretty good too. they give you the option either brown rice or white! Be back soon!

I’ve been meaning to go here for such a long time. I’m so glad I finally did. When you first walk in, you order right away at the register. Then, they bring your food to you at whatever table you choose. The food came out pretty fast. The server did forget my wasabi that I asked for though. But, the food was so delicious that I looked past the fact they forgot my wasabi. Haha. I got; Dynamite bowl: Made with sushi rice and buttery mushrooms, shrimp, rice cake and scallops. The sauce was soooo good. For anyone who regularly orders dynamite when going out to eat sushi, you must order this! 5⁄5 Sashimi salad: tuna, super white tuna, salmon, and albacore with mixed greens. All of the fish was super fresh and the salad dressing was perfect. Some places put way too much dressing but I like to enjoy the flavor of the raw fish. 5⁄5 Rolling #5 roll: shrimp tempura, spicy soft shell crab, and cucumber on the inside. Spicy soft shell crab also on the outside. On top, there was tuna, albacore, shrimp, and red snapper. It comes with a spicy mayo ponzu sauce which I LOVED. I drenched my rolls in that sauce. Sooo good. 5⁄5 This place isn’t just rice bowls! There’s sushi rolls and appetizers and salads! Very good and fresh fish quality so for all you fish lovers, come check this place out :)

This review is based upon my first experience. Originally, I was looking for a place that serve bibimbaap, but found out that K-Bop closed, which lead me to here. I was very upset that I had to substitute my craving for something else other than bibimbaap. So, I went in and found out you order at the counter first before you sit yourself. Server«A» asked if it’s my first time, I told her yes. I ordered a teriyaki bowl, baked mussels, and water. I sat down and received a small appetizer sample, which was good. I then received my mussels, which was made with kewpie mayo, which was delicious. Then came the teriyaki bowl… So, the teriyaki bowl was drowned in teriyaki sauce! Drowned I tell you! The teriyaki steak had its own swimming pool of teriyaki sauce! As an Asian, you don’t drown your rice in teriyaki sauce … Actually, you don’t drown your rice, period! So, I took a few bites and couldn’t eat it anymore. I asked server«B» if I could have a container and a side of rice to go because I didn’t like the drowned rice. She tells me this: «Next time tell us to put the sauce on the side.»(haah?) I told her I did not know because it’s my first time. Then she says«ok. I do this one time for you.» It really didn’t sound all that mean, but a bit on the rude side. Anyways, I will go back and adjust my review as needed. It deserves another shot.

I was kind of excited to try this place as the pictures of the food look really tempting. However, my experience was just ok. We ordered the American jumping rice. This dish comes with hot dogs, I was really hoping for a better quality of sausage. The overall flavor was just ok. We also got the Screaming O salad. The pictures of this plate looked awesome, but again I was not that impressed. The tuna was fresh and the ponzu was a nice addition, but the dish was still lacking. And last but not least we decided to try one of the rolls. We ordered the Cucumber island. The cucumber roll was falling apart, but I have to admit that the fish selection was good. Unfortunately, there was nothing memorable about this dish either. The restaurant atmosphere was nice and modern, I just wished it was not a counter service restaurant. Overall, the food was very average and forgettable.

Jumping Rice & Rolls is a quick service Asian restaurant with decent food and service. I arrived here on a Saturday afternoon and they were pretty empty. You order at the counter and they bring your food out to your table. They have a variety of fried rides and noodles as well as sushi rolls, salads and appetizers. I opted the kim chee fried noodles and tried the salmon roll. The entrée serving size was generous for the price. I had plenty left over for a second meal to take home with me. The noodles we’re decent and had a nice kick. The salmon roll was not memorable but I didn’t expect too much. I would stick with the hot items from their menu and it’s great for takeout too. I’d be interested to check out more of their menu in the future.

Went here for lunch the other day with my parents and it’s definitely a go to hidden gem. You start by ordering up front and then sitting down and waiting for the food to come out to you. We ordered the mini chicken mayo bowl, Japanese lasagna roll and Snow White roll to split. After waiting about five-ten minutes we received our food in huge portions and even a sample of the corn salad. After enjoying our meal we decided to order the tempera green tea ice cream for dessert as well. Delicious! Definitely a must try for great asian fusion food on the southwest side.
