I submitted an email via the form on her website six days ago in an attempt to schedule an appointment. No reply. I followed up with a phone call three days later and left a message with my phone number. No return call. As a skin care professional who sees clients by appointment I am floored. I return all calls and emails within 24 hours at the latest. Judy obviously doesn’t want new business and isn’t even courteous enough to return my call to say as much. Anybody who cares will follow up within 24 – 48 hours, not ignore your multiple attempts to schedule for going on six days now. Do not waste your time

There are very few electrolygists in Las Vegas, which is sad, because there is such a great need for PERMANENT hair removal. Lots of businesses claim they offer Permanent hair removal, but only electrolysis is permanent.
Judy Gerber is the best at this. Her home office is clean and her rates are very reasonable. I have been using her for many years (hormones change). She’s great.
