Came in for some battery changes on a couple watches and to have some links taken out of another. The owner Warren took me in right away. Great customer service and I was in and out in no time!

I went in to get a battery for my sisters watch that I was really gifting back to her as a pun, and they cleaned the watch and put it in a pretty new watch box to boot. Very good customer service! Great job guys!

I had some old jewelry (mostly broken chains) and I thought I would find out if there was any value to them. I met Warren who took the time to evaluate the pieces I brought in. I was amazed to find out I had enough trade-​in value to purchase two beautiful sterling silver chains! Fuhgeddaboudit this place is fabulous! Warren and his associates were respectful, courteous and extremely helpful… plus they have some gorgeous jewelry for sale and they are willing to negotiate pricing which I love! I’m a New Yorker… of course I want to negotiate!

I went into this business panicked because my ring was stuck to my finger and it needed to come off fast. I walked in and was greeted by two men with New York accents. They took a look at my finger and said. «We can help «. Five minutes later, I felt great! The service and treatment I received was incredible. I would recommend this place highly.

These guys were great. I took some of my man jewelry to get adjusted. Needed to take about 4″ out of a silver necklace and a link or two out of a bracelet. The took the bracelet link out on the spot free and then had my necklace shortened and polished a few days later. Everything was great and I was extremely happy. The place smelled a bit like cigarette smoke but otherwise I was happy.

When I first walked into this place I had some concerns but after they finished my order for me I can’t stop talking about this place. I had two rings re-​sized here and they gave me a very reasonable price. Frankie was great and took really good care of me and my wife’s rings. Great place! I will be coming back again for all of my future jewelry needs.

I went here to have a few links taken out of a watch. We were greeted right away. I asked about the watch links being removed. I was helped right away. It was only 5.00 to remove the links. They even cleaned my rings for free.
No one pressured us for any other business or sales. Noone was rude because of what we came in for. We were treated very well. We did look around at the jewelry and it was beautiful.
The young men who own the the store and work there are very nice and helpful.
