The recording when you call the main number is not very welcoming, sounds more like a you are an inconvenience to them. Wait until you get to an scheduler, it gets worse with the tone of voice, very condescending. Doctors are very nice and good though but as soon as I find another good dr. I will say bye-bye.

I wish you could rate with 0 stars. I saw these Dr’s in 1997 after a miscarriage and pains that family thought was Endometriosis, they did every test under the sun, just to tell me($ the cost of a new car later $) that everything was fine and I should be pregnant within 3 months. It was not, when I finally reached a good Dr(through more trial and error for 5 years) I found out I was going through Menopause and it could have been reversed if caught earlier.

The doctor rescheduled my appointment because her staff took forever to verify my insurance! Such as waste of time. On top of that the office staff is always rude to patients. Dr. Leslie Jacobs is a very thorough doctor but her staff is horribly rude, they do the care about the patients. I’ve been going to her for 4 years and I will be switching doctors after this.

I have been seeing Leslie Jacobs for years now. She is the most thorough doctor I’ve ever been to! If there’s a health problem you have, she WILL find it. There’s a long wait in order to see her but she’s worth the wait. Her nurses are always kind & keep you informed about your care. I highly recommend her as a primary care doctor.

I’ve been going to Dr. Leslie Jacobs for the past 4 years. When you walk in, the building is an older building and its packed with people. You think to yourself its like any other HMO/PPO doctor’s office. However, I like the way that Dr. Jacobs operates. She performs many tests when you first see her, that way there’s a baseline for anything that may come up. I know that many people think that they do too many tests, but with a strong family history of breast cancer I feel more comfortable knowing what should be normal and what isn’t normal. Overall, she does take the time to listen to what you have concerns about and that is what is most important for me.
