Charles & Bri did a great job. My tile & grout look like new again and the carpets are clean and fresh. I was given an estimate when I called to schedule and once they measured the space the actual price was close enough that they kept the estimated price. Very reasonable!

I have used J2 at my home and my renal properties for both carpet and upholstery cleaning several times. They are always prompt, courteous and do a GREAT job! I especially appreciate the technician Charles, he always goes the extra mile. My carpets are clean, smell good and dry quick. I highly recommend this company.

Had our carpets cleaned this morning, was just trying to clean the carpets didn’t think the stains would come out, but they not only got the stains out they made the carpet look like when I first moved in, thank you J2 Carpet Cleaning I’m a new customer for life, the 2 man team were very professional.

Charles was great and carpets look amazing!!! The carpet was clean already but I just moved into a place so wanted my couch and carpets cleaned. Both look gorgeous! They do extra steps that other companies don’t do… for about 900 sq feet of carpet (stairs too) and my sofa the price was about $ 300.
