Are negative stars possible, this deserves an exception!!! Well I don’t post as much as I should because most service is mediocre to begin with. There are times when everyone and their kids needs to know what’s up. This place is horrific, everything is bad. Inside décor: that exist? Really you painted the tiles! Outside décor: again what’s that? At this point I am still okay, just fix my problem. The only guy working there, checks out my car. Tells me there is a amplifier issue.(To be fair I will adjust by one star if he turns out to be right). Now we get to the fun stuff… He tells me that there is a 1 truck in front of me. It will be about an hour or so. Cool, I already pissed the day away trying to get this fixed. What’s an hour or so? I waited, hour and 20 minutes, another couple show up talking in Spanish. I am not racist nor stupid. When he comes back in he tells me he can’t look at or fix my car. There are now 2 more trucks in front of me. That he has a business to run. WTF? I called him out on it. Also let him know I talked to the dealer and asked them about it. They confirmed there is no Amp in that car. I went a step further and chat with Buick corporate office this evening shown below. After I tell him that, he barks back while getting into the new couples car that if I know so much to fix it myself. At this point, I am trying not to get mad. Just leave!!! So I went to Performance Audio on Sahara(Top 12 in the Nation, they told me they can fix it, appointment set). It does NOT have a Bose system, it IS standard. The front right speaker makes noises even when the audio system is off, the sound gets higher as I rev up, start or turn off the car.
