I’m so glad to have such a great resource right in my neighborhood. Carl and Lifan treat you like an old friend when you walk in the shop. Not only that, but they provide exceptional, timely, personalized service and always at a fair price. Being new to the area and just getting back into mountain biking after a long layoff, it is comforting to know that I have such a competent, friendly local bike shop. Even if I lived across town, I would make the trip to have Carl service my bike. He does great work and takes the time to do the little things that really add value. I won’t let anyone else work on my bike!

First time using this local cycle shop (well most cycle shops are local) Carl was very attentive and was able to outfit me with some trail tires and new handle bars. Work was completed within hours. Price is decent as well.

Carl and Lifan are extremely knowledgeable about mountain biking and they take the time to make sure your bike is properly set up.
I went to other mountain bike shops and asked if they had people handlebars, but no one else had any… Irwin was the ONLY shop to research and look for purple handlebars for me… and they FOUND them!!!
I have purchased a specialty bike seat, dropper post and purple handlebars from Irwin and have been 100% satisfied, with both the products AND service! I have found my fave local bike shop!!!

Great service.
We reserved our bikes beforehand and when we got to the store they verified that everything fits us, that everything is in order, and gave us spare parts and a lot of guidance. We even had a few small wear and tear incidents and they were okay with everything. Awesome place.

The best bike shop in town. Customer service is top notch. Carl and Lifan will answer any question you have regarding bicycles and will build you whatever you are looking for. Carl is a great mechanic and very knowledgeable. If you want the best go to Irwin Cycles.

Irwin is the real deal. Super friendly, knowledgable service & Carl is an excellent mechanic! I moved to Vegas a few months ago & am so stoked I found this shop. My bike is dialed & they always goes the extra mile to help me out. Weather you need service, some new parts or a new ride I would definitely start here, you won’t be disappointed.

Service is clearly a priority here. Carl and Lifan are incredibly knowledgeable and pleasurable to work with. I dropped off my wheels to be trued and the work was performed as promised and in a timely manner. Their rates are competitive and very fair. Irwin Cycles has definitely earned a return customer.

A great new bike shop where service and repairs are provided with passion and pride. Carl is an extremely knowledgeable and affable professional bike mechanic who is dedicated to the bikes he doctors. He is detail-​oriented and is willing to go «the extra mile» to ensure his customers’ satisfaction. Hubby is an avid (read: obsessed) cyclist and races regularly in and out of the city. Because of this, he needs well-​maintained wheels. He brought his mountain bike to Carl for a badly-​needed tuneup and it came back shined, polished, and squeaky clean, with pertinent parts fixed up and dirt and gunk removed. There were a number of foreign sounds emanating from the bike with each pedal stroke pre-​Carl that were super distracting and downright annoying; after Carl was finished with the bike, there were (and are) no more weird noises. Irwin Cycles offers both in-​shop and mobile service, so if you can’t come by the bricks-​and-​mortar location, they will come to you.
Irwin Cycles offers a small-​but-​growing selection of bikes, bike clothing and accessories. (At the moment, they carry mountain and road bikes from the Rocky Mountain, DeVinci, and Juliana brands.) Come on by and support your local bike shop. :)

I found Carl on the Internet when I first got my «real» bike about a year ago. He came by in his mobile van and put all the finishing touches on it and tuned it up for me and the bike rode amazingly. I called him a few weeks later to install some accessories (lights, kickstand, water bottle holder etc). Again, an amazing, top notch job. Today, I had to take the front tire off to transport the bike for a ride. I came home and called Carl to find out what was wrong with my brakes and left foot petal and if he could come out and fix the issues. He called me right back and to my surprise informed me that he now has his own shop in town. The best part for me is that he didn’t even ask me to bring the bike in, but instead asked me to go to where I keep the bike and he proceeded to talk me through the TWO repairs I needed to do to the bike over the phone. The bike again is in perfect working condition and it cost me nothing more than the time of a phone call. That’s the service you can expect if you put your bike in Carl’s hand. FYI… I joined Unilocal just to write this review!

These guys were really helpful. Good service in this town is hard to find and these guys get an A++ in customer service.
I went in to the shop the other day and they were very friendly and made me feel at home. They have a nice selection of bikes, clothing, and accessories. Very knowledgeable on all aspects of cycling. Will surely be back for service and any of my biking needs!!!

Carl is an excellent bike mechanic. Arrived on time, worked quickly and did an excellent job. Fair price too!
